Simply outstanding! We were very lucky with the weather so made use of the outside space which is stunning Lots of tables and chairs to use on a deck grass area and small patio. Views over the valley and lake to die for and the bird song all day long was gorgeous! Very private and quiet and to top it all an incredible swimming pool! This is simply a place you have to stay in as the pictures on line don’t do the place any justice at all!
I had a lovely stay :) I booked this one because it allowed animals, and I didn't want to leave my Cat with a sitter this time. The owner was good with allowing this, and Sasti spent most of the time avidly bird watching through the window (there are so many birds!).
The cabin was clean and tidy, very peaceful although a little difficult to find (torrential rain obscured the house numbers, and I didn't fancy running around outside to check up close, so sat in the car until the rain stopped a little. Turns out I'd stopped right outside :D Just for info, follow the road around, up the steep gravelly hill, bends to the right (not the right hand turn, but after that), then it's the first turning on the left and number 30 is the first house on the left).
Access to UK TV was a huge bonus for someone based in France with no UK TV access, and having a PS4 also available was a godsend on the day it absolutely chucked it down all day, meaning I was reluctant to go out anywhere.
The area itself is beautiful, well worth visiting.
Thank you for a fantastic holiday :)
