Lovely sea view from large balcony and spacious lounge/dining room and master bedroom.
Main entrance is done at 2nd floor of a building with no lift.
Spacious family room with comfortable seating. Gas fireplace for those Winter lets.
Free WiFi and TV with UK channels and a mix of other nationalities.
Dining area leading to kitchen. Kitchen: fully furnished & equipped, including all cooking ware, with fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob, electric oven and washing machine, plus all the usual utensils like toaster, electric kettle and coffee cafetiere. There is no dishwasher.
Master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, 2 single beds and en suite shower room with bath. Sliding double door opens onto sunny South faced balcony with sea views on the horizon.
Second bedroom with fitted wardrobes and 2 others single beds. Window overlooking the garden area of the building. Off the hallway is the second bathroom with shower.
Large balcony, South faced with sea view, furnished with a large dining table and chairs plus 2 sun beds. Ideal for a nice relaxing morning or afternoon. The fact that it is part covered gives you shade all day long.
