This 2 bedroom gite in the rear centre of the complex, has the largest garden, which is fully fenced, so is the most suitable if travelling with a dog.

There are two entry doors, one into a large kitchen, the other into the large open plan lounge diner.

In the ground floor bathroom there is a combined bath/ shower and a pedestal sink, the w/c is separate.

On the first floor it has a double bed in the room at the top stairs & a set of bunk beds in the small bedroom that leads off the first bedroom. There are two bed sofas in the lounge. Sleeps up to 6 + baby.

The total floor area is 105 mtrs sq approx.

Our countryside property offers excellent spacious family accommodation in a traditional French gite complex in the Charente-maritime region of in the hamlet of La Ville Aux Moines, we benefit from stunning views during the summer months and are surrounded by sunflower fields

This is a gite complex. There are a total of 9 gites. Each gite has its own private space. There is a large 7 x 12 meter shared swimming pool and separate children's splash pool and large park garden area.

During high season our complex is very much suited to families. Our pool and park gardens the perfect location for children and families to meet up and . Out side high season our complex is a beautiful rural retreat perfect for couples looking for a weekend/week get away.
We also welcome large parties for birthdays,christenings, weddings etc.
