Home to three bedrooms comprised of a king-size, a double and a single, this property can sleep up to five guests. The first floor is complete with a bathroom, whilst the ground-floor is home to a kitchen/diner and living/dining room. Outside there is an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and a gravelled area, as well as permit parking for one car to the front of the property. 4 Arthur Road is the ideal setting for a fun family getaway to the West Midlands countryside. Please note the lounge gas fire is no longer in use but the property has gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. 43 inch Smart TV, WiFi, a selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed garden suitable for most dogs with a patio featuring outdoor seating and gravel area. Good check-in via key safe. Good location for all attractions and shops. Had an issue with the toilet rang the caretaker no reply so rang the owner who had a handyman round within an hour very pleased with the service. Comfortable bed and sofas Would book again without hesitation
