Great location and villa for groups

The villa is very well equipped: almost all ensuite, with powerful aircon in the hot summer months. There's plenty of seating and the kitchens are well equipped to handle a range of catering needs (note, no ovens but there is a microwave, an outdoor BBQ area and hobs for frying). In all, a lovely experience for our group. We hired cars and everything that you could need is within a 30 minute to an hours journey, from white beaches to seaside towns to cultural and historical sites. Alghero is particularly lovely for late dinners, ice cream and night life. Our main contact, Monica, was very friendly and communicative, and offered up a lot of friendly advice for our stay! A couple of things to note: there are a couple of rules around use of the pool (all reasonable but not suitable for the more hard party-going groups), a need to be conscious of recycling and bin days, and there are times in the week where a gardener or pool maintenance staff will visit as well as there being security cameras in the garden / around the property that will feel slightly invasive of privacy.

Jolie demeure, jardin bien entretenu mais emplacement bruyant car autoroute a qques mètres et chiens bruyant dans le voisinage. Au total : bon accueil, bien mais trop cher pour la prestation proposée.

Tolles Haus, sehr sauber, Note 1

Wir (zwei Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern zwischen 3-8) hatten die Villa Domus 81 gemietet. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist exzellent, der Pool sauber, das Grundstück eingezäunt. Wir hatten kurze Wege in den Norden (La Pelosa) sowie nach Alghero zum Strand. Nach Olbia an die Codta Smeralda fährt man 70min, alles lösbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten keine 5min mir dem Auto entfernt. Unsere Gastgeberin war klasse! Immer greifbar bei Fragen, kompetent bei Tipps, sehr gute Betreuung. Wir würden wieder hin fahren

Un très bon séjour

Les maisons, le jardin et la piscine sont vastes et très agréables. Les photos sont très fidèles. Toutes les chambresc disposent d'une salle de bain et climatisation individuelle, c'est un vrai plus. Enfin, Monica est adorable et pleine de bonnes adresses!
