A newly constructed Villa with all modern furnishings, a large garden with BBQ for your relaxing evenings in the country surroundings, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi which can not be missed. Villa Vittoria offers accommodation with 5 bedrooms all with private bathrooms and air conditioning ( from 2023 this is an extra, it costs 0.8 cent/euro for Kw/hour , the consumption is detected by a counter dedicated to air conditioning only ) 2 double beds, 6 single beds, a kitchen fully equipped, a large open plan living room, 2 terraces with fantastic panoramic views. Also just for the children, a gold fish pond! Couldn’t recommend this place enough

Mauro was amazing from start to finish. He was there at the end of the phone whenever I needed, super friendly and made it feel like we were staying with family. There was nothing that was trouble for him. The villa was bright, clean and spacious. The pool and kids play area were great and made our stay. We will definitely be back to visit again.

Clean well located new villa with swimming pool

Last year we booked this villa for our april holiday. It is located approx. 15 car minutes from the airport and about 10 car minutes from the Alghero center which is one of the most interesting cities of the North of Sardinia. On arrival the house was clean and we received a warm welcome from owner Mauro. During our holiday it was no problem to contact him for questions or requests. The house itself was well-maintained, there is an electric- self closing gate, and a nice swimming pool with led-lights in it. We were with 7 guests and got the privacy we wanted as there are 5 bedrooms, each provided with a bathroom. I would warmly recommend this property to other people who intend to plan their holiday to Sardinia !!

lovely villa lovely pool

The villa is lovely , set on a hill in the countryside with views over the valley. It is about 3 miles from Alghero. The swimming pool is large and clean. We enjoyed our stay. One aspect that could be improved are the kitchen facilities. There were only 6 wine glasses and there were not enough large serving bowls for our party.

Villa bedrooms and bathrooms spacious but kitchen, eating and lounge area a little cramped for 10 people. Overall beds and sofas need replacing and kitchen equipment and cabinets need reburbishment. Swimming pool excellent and spacious. Too many biting insects which were an issue. Nice location but car essential as taxis from town unavailable. It was also very disconcerting to see the villa advertised on VRBO and another website as being available for the week we had booked and that caused me some stress.

Härligt boende för hela familjen!

Fint hus som kändes lyxigt med fantastisk vy över området. Härlig stor och ren pool. Bil behövs för att komma till Alghero och stranden men det fungerade bra för oss. Lite småsaker som fattades i köket och lite som kanske skulle kunna fixas till för en lyxigare känsla men vi tyckte det var perfekt för vår familj.

Excellent séjour

Villa superbe, au calme et bien situé à proximité d’Alghero. Mauro est une personne super qui répond à la moindre demande très rapidement.La maison était très propre, bien équipée manque juste quelques accessoires de cuisson (une seule poêle). Clim et salle de bain dans chaque chambre. Je recommande cette villa pour un très bon séjour en famille.

Très belle villa avec 5 belles chambres équipées douche/wc. Très beau jardin et piscine. Pas facile de retrouver la villa; les routes/chemins pour l'atteindre sont parfois un peu rudes ! On s'est perdu plusieurs fois dans le quartier; cela fait partie des plaisirs des vacances...

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool.

Die Villa ist sehr großzügig. Alle Zimmer waren sauber und relativ großzügig . Leider ist die Zufahrtsstraße zum Haus nicht besonders gut . Vom Haus aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Land.

Superb villa in spectacular setting

Mauro our villa host was excellent. Everything about the villa was exactly as described 5 bedrooms all ensuite perfectly suited 5 couples. The swimming pool is fantastic and well equipped with 10 sunbeds. Our top marks must go to the outside dining terrace off the living quarters with views over the countryside, ideal for every meal. Easy to take a taxi in Alghero for eating out at night. Air conditioning really helped during the heatwave week we had. Everything about this villa makes all of us want to return. THANK YOU !

great villa in a beautiful setting

Huge 5 bed villa that we stayed in wih extended family including a 4 year old and a toddler. Its set over 3 floors with one bedroom on the ground floor (and en-suite) and one on the top (with en-suite) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the middle floor. Mauro was a great host and met us to take us to the villa. The roads leading to the villa were a bit difficult to drive on due to a mains leak, and i’m not sure taxis could find it, but its well worth it for the location! A car is a necessity. The villa was well kitted out and if we needed anything we just called mauro who was more than happy to help. Alghero is only 10 mins away in a car and was beautiful! Its the perfect holiday of getting out and about and pool time. Great beaches, food, wine and friendly people. Would definitely go back!

We hebben een heerlijke week in het huis van Mauro gehad.8 volwassenen en een peuter van 20 maanden. Een mooi ruim huis schitterend gelegen met prachtig uitzicht en goed onderhouden tuin en zwembad. Mauro was heel behulpzaam. Hadden graag Wat schoonmaak spullen als bezem en stoffer en blik en stofzuiger gehad: kleine suggestie voor Mauro. Voor een peuter van 20 maanden is het ook wel gehorige huis met de vele trappen wel wat onveilig en moesten we wel plekken barricaderen met tuinstoelen e.d. Maar het was verder schitterend. Ook het diner wat door de kom en zijn vrouw was bereid was verrukkelijk. We hebben genoten

Maison tout confort proche de la très belle ville d’alghero.Nous avons eu un très bon accueil du propriétaire qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se déroule le mieux possible.Nous étions les premiers locataires de la saison ce qui explique quelques imperfections que Mauro Le propriétaire à gommer avec beaucoup d’envie et de bonne volonté. Schöne Villa mit viel Platz

Wir waren 3 Paare mit jewils Kindern von 2 Jahren. Die Kinder hatten genügend Platz zum Spielen und sich auf der Terrasse auszutoben. Da der Pool etwas weg von der Terrasse war, war es für uns Erwachsene sehr entspannend! Die Villa sonst ist sehr grosszügig und schön. Wie bereits beschrieben etwas hellhörig. Leider ging die Abwaschmaschine von Anfang an nicht mehr und wurde leider auch nicht repariert, was schade und mühsam war, da der Abwasch für neun Personen nicht schnell gemacht ist. Ansonsten eine super Villa mit einem freundlichen Mauro! Danke für den Aufenthalt!

Lovely spacious and well equipped villa with beautiful pool

The villa was perfect for our extended family of 9 (3 generations) with every room having its own en suite. The villa is lovely with a really beautiful pool and the location was perfect - only a short drive to the nearest supermarket, centre of Alghero or beach. Mauro was really helpful and met us somewhere we could find when we arrived so we could follow him to the villa and gave us beach tips. We had only one problem when the washing machine broke down mid-week. Mauro came straight out and by the time we got back from the beach we had a brand new washing machine, our washing had been put back in and it was ready to hang out! Customer service doesn’t get any better than that! We would definitely recommend the villa.

vacanza rilassante immersi nel verde

Abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza, immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità. La casa è bella come appare in foto, la piscina idem. Il proprietario, l'ing. Bardino, molto dispinibile in caso di piccoli inconvenienti, pochissimi e risolti in tempi brevissimi. Unico appunto: il barbecue non è proprio il massimo della funzionalità. Nel complesso comunque una bella esperienza. Il panorama che circonda la casa è di un solo colore: verde. Il giardino è curato, la piscina ben tenuta, il silenzio e la tranquillità assoluti. L'interno della casa è funzionale e c'è la grande comodità di un bagno in ogni camera (5 + 5).

Wunderbare Villa

Wir haben zu neunt eine Woche im Mai 2017 in der Villa verbracht und waren alle sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, die Bäder sind sehr sauber und der Pool ist super groß und war ideal um bei 30 Grad abzukühlen. Empfehlenswert sind Ausflüge nach Alghero, Stintino und Bosa. Mauro ist sehr hilfsbereit und kann jederzeit kontaktiert werden. Da wir recht spät ankamen, war Mauro so nett und hatte bereits alles fürs 1. Frühstück eingekauft. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war zudem das Kochen mit Palmiro und seiner Frau Teresa. Palmiro ist ein pensonierter Koch, den Mauro für uns arrangiert hat. Der einzige Nachteil des Hauses ist, dass es hellhörig ist.

A most perfect house and host!

This was a marvelous house and a most fantastic host!! We were 9 persons, Grandpa and Grandma, son, daughter-in-law, their daughter, daughter, son-in-law, and their two boys 10 and 6 years old. After a day at the beach it was perfect to come home to the house, make dinner and relax as it was a silent area far from the noise of the town. Still it was just a short drive down to the charming little town of Alghero with many shopping possibilities. A refreshing bath in the swimming pool early or late was very pleasant and perfect for the kids. The house was very very well furnished with whatever you could wish for. The host was very easygoing and helpful with everything; things around the house or advices on what to do or see. We can´t think of a house and host better than this!
