The apartment is a spacious and bright three-room apartment located on the second floor of an elegant Milanese building in the city center.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall, large living room and a functional and fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, coffee machine and kettle. You can enjoy a beautiful balcony furnished with table and chairs. The living area is separated from the sleeping area which consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The apartment is equipped with WiFi, washer and dryer and A/C.
We remind you that, in compliance with regulations, it is mandatory to register all guests staying in the apartment (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.
From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, you will receive the keys free of charge directly at the apartment by scheduling an appointment with the Team.
After 6:00 PM, check-in is considered an extra service and involves an additional fee, which varies depending on the arrival time:

Wonderful for our Family!
The property was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, and the check-in was easy. It was perfect for a family of four with two small children. Walking or a short uber to all the major attractions with very convenient pizza for the kids along with coffee and breakfast for mom and dad right downstairs.

Great Apartment a short walk from it all
10 minute walk to Il Duomo and the heart of Milan. Great apartment with automatic blinds. I recommend it for a nice stay.
I would suggest they make sure there is toilet paper in all bathrooms, but no big deal there is a grocery store just around corner a minute away.

Great location, spacious apartment
This is a great property for 2 couples traveling together. It was just two of us, however, which just gave us more room to spread out.
Excellent area - just a short walk to the Duomo and the center of the city. Good places to eat on the street (during the day only).
Sparse amenities in the kitchen, so be aware of that.

Great location but not worth the money
The apartment has such great potential. The two bedrooms are spacious and after needing to call to have someone fix the air conditioning it worked well in those rooms ( only those and not the main sitting/kitchen area).
Our booking was for two couples yet we were only supplied one set of keys - this was problematic as you can imagine. We were told we could have another set but this never occurred. One reason we booked this property was the outdoor space. Not one of the chairs worked - they were in fact dangerous and not stable. I sent Hostmate a video but nothing was done about this so we had to keep taking the dining chairs outside to sit. The actual area was also very dirty with a plastic cup filled with cigarette buts. There were only 3 forks and 1 knife in the kitchen - someone did drop off a new set. Sadly the next morning we discovered the coffee pod machine didn't work and we'd already purchased 3 packs for our stay. We were in constant communication via What'sApp but were mostly ghosted. The floors were very dusty/dirty and we saw there was no mop to clean them. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms - at some point someone had put dishwashing liquid in a container. Not ideal. The sofa was also rather shabby and one part was very loose. The state of the apartment and the lack of key and coffee machine rather impacted on our stay. It was very expensive and it is shocking that it hasn't been maintained well at all.
