Futon in the House - Milano - Ciceri Visconti

Bright and wide 2 bedroom apartment located in a residential area of Milan.
The house can host up to 6 guest and it has everything you may need for your stay.
The apartment is on a single level and it has 2 separate bedrooms; in case of groups of friends visiting, each room can be closed and give the needed privacy. The first room is equipped with a comfortable double bed, the other one instead has 2 amazing futon beds. The apartment can host up to 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and I've decided to put in it a sofa for some relaxing time once back from a long sightseeing day. The bathroom has a bath with a shower and an easy to use washing machine.

How to collect keys:
Key collection does not take place at the flat but we use the Key Nest service.

How does it work?

-After the booking is confirmed you will receive a message on Vrbo chat containing a link to access the registration process. Follow the steps indicated and enter the details of all guests staying (this process is very important and required by law). You can find all the information on alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato.

-Once the registration is complete, you will receive a link with the code needed to collect the keys in the Vrbo chat.

Check out:

You will be able to leave the flat by 11:00 am.
The keys must be returned to the same KeyNest point by 11:30 am.
Failure to return the key by 11:30 am will result in a late check out fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
Please consider the opening hours and plan your stay accordingly.

Other important information:

- Take care of the house as if it were your own; all items inside must be returned in the same condition as they were on the day of your arrival. In case of damage, you will be responsible for the cost of the item or repair.
-Damaging the lock, losing or breaking the keys will result in an additional cost ranging from 100€ to 500€ to be borne by the guest.
- We inform guests that the property does not provide soaps and detergents.

Please leave the house tidy, with the rubbish sorted as indicated in the recycling instructions. In case of additional cleaning and/or non-compliance, the costs will be charged to the guest. Thank you for your time, we look forward to seeing you.
