Centrally located to enjoy all the city has to offer! In this apartment can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

It is the most popular street in the neighbourhood — one of Porto's most popular shopping streets.

Rua de Cedofeita joins traditional commerce with stores of brands known all over Europe. It is quieter and smaller than Rua de Santa Catarina.

It is ideal for a pleasant walk, buying souvenirs and having a snack in one of its cafes.

There is also a recommended craft beer bar called Catraio at number 256.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest Metro station, Casa da Música, is just a 5-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Pros: This apartment was spacious, bright and centrally located near Casa da Musica, and the contact person was always polite and professional. Cons: Unpleasant mould/mildew in the shower, mould around kitchen sink, no lock on balcony door, limited (basic) kitchen utensils, and stained bedding.We asked that the most egregious items be addressed; we were there over São João Festival which may have created the delay we experienced; the bathroom remained mouldy even after maintenance addressed it but the balcony door was well secured.

É um apartamento com uma boa relação qualidade-preço e uma excelente localização. No entanto, há algumas coisas a melhorar, como as janelas. O que para nós foi um pouco desagradável foi o estado da roupa de cama e das toalhas, bem como as almofadas, que não estavam nas melhores condições e tinham um cheiro desagradável. Vou dar uma avaliação com 3 estrelas, que podem subir para 4 se alguns aspectos técnicos forem corrigidos na próxima visita.
