Villa Royal Blue with Heated Pool is located on a spacious estate of 1070 m2 near the Novigrad Sea. It boasts 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can perfectly accommodate up to 10 persons.
A 4-star villa of 320 m2 has all amenities you could possibly want while on holiday! At disposal, guests have a heated pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, fitness room, ample garden, romantic terraces, sports field, parking places, and vicinity of the beach!
You will be amazed by its radiant and bright interior. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar and a lovely dining table. An open-type living room has large glass walls so you can enjoy the mesmerizing sea views. The stairs take you to the first floor.
The sleeping zone is on the first floor and features 4 modern bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a flat TV, air conditioning, and offers a sea view.
The exterior is simply amazing, safe, and protected. It is especially important for the kids. Kids can swim in the pool or play tennis and badminton on a playground behind the house. A garden full of flowers and lavender bushes is well-maintained. Summer kitchen and wooden barbecue are also at disposal.
The pool has a surface of 21 m2 and can be heated in the preseason and postseason. In the high season temperatures rise enough so you will not need it. Beach chairs and sun umbrellas will be perfect for sunbathing. You can also use an outdoor Jacuzzi. The villa offers a bioclimatic pergola and a massage chair, providing enhanced comfort and relaxation for our guests.
In addition, plastic beach chairs are secured on the nearby beach for the guests of the villa.
Sports lovers can use the fitness equipment, available in the fitness room. PlayStation, billiard, darts, table tennis, and playground will be perfect for socializing with your friends and family.
We recommend visiting Zadar town and Kornati National Park. You can visit Velebit mountain, try a jeep safari, and canoeing to the Zrmanja river. Cycling is also a great option!

Sehr schönes Haus mit überragender Lage

Mit 8 Personen waren wir zu Gast in der Villa. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich! Durch die überragende Lage, war ein direkter Blick aufs Wasser immer möglich. Auch vom Whirlpool aus, kann man die traumhafte Aussicht genießen. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön. Die Dachterasse lädt zum Träumen ein. Kontakt sowie Übergabe mit der Vermieter hat hervorragend geklappt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ausstattung und Inventar sind im vollem Umfang vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist modern. Vielen Dank für den super Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Amazing place near the small but very nice Posedarje. You can visit Zadar in 20 minutes and amazing beaches and islands. Good location also for visit plitvice lakes! Beautiful House with new furniture.
