Exclusive 3-bedroom south-facing apartment on the 6th floor of Block B in the well-known Skol building, located on the beachfront of the heart of Marbella, with views to the Mediterranean and surrounded by all amenities and services you may need.

This spacious apartment has been completely renovated with modern taste and top-quality materials. Accommodation comprises: entrance via stairs (unsuitable for people with limited mobility); spacious living room with flat-screen TV and access to the large private terrace with sea views; fully-equipped open kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, pots, pans, etc.; two north-facing bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes; a third bedroom, south-facing and overlooking the sea, with a double bed. The apartment is equipped with central A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, and private TV connection with international channels (English, French, Russian, Swedish, etc.; feel at home!).

The Skol cares for the environment, sourcing its energy partially from solar panels.

The final cleaning of the apartment is included as long as the apartment is left tidy, without dirty dishes or utensils, and the rubbish is taken out to the street container. You do not need to wash towels or sheets; we do this in our own laundry.
