About this property

This wonderful villa that can accommodate up to 8 people, is located in a very quiet area right in the middle between Alcamo, Alcamo marina and Castellammare del golfo just a few minutes from the beach (2km) and not far from the Zingaro Reserve in one of the most beautiful of Western Sicily; moreover it is only 30 Km from the airport and from the city of Palermo for an experience able to satisfy the most demanding travelers.
The villa is on 3 floors, the owner lives on the ground floor while the two upper floors (for rent) consist of a living area, which includes a living room, kitchen, dining room, and a bathroom; sleeping area in which the bedrooms are located and a second bathroom, all surrounded by an outdoor veranda overlooking the garden and the pool and allowing you to enjoy beautiful lunches/dinners outdoors.
There is also large internal parking and a depandance with shower and toilet, in addition, the house is equipped with all kinds of options: Wifi, Air Conditioned Area, TV, Washing Machine, Dryer, Refrigerator, etc.

A magical week at villa Salato!!

Guys, don't miss that opportunity, my family and I stayed in the villa for a total of a week (we are 7) and we had the best time ever! Francesco and felipa are extremely generous, avialble for any request and overall - friendly and welcoming. A bottle of wine have been waiting for us upon our arrival and Francesco took his time to show us all the facilities of the place. Bottom line is - we had the best vacation that we have ever had and when we will come back to sicily it will be definitely to Villa Salato! As well - the location is great, 15min to castelmare di golfo, and 40min to palermo and trapani, many beaches around the house and the pool is amazing! Highly recommended!

Tolles Objekt, aber zu Beginn nicht leicht zu finden

Sehr schönes Anwesen, durch die Mitbenutzung des Objekts (Einliegerwohnung) durch den Vermieter ist die Privatsphäre doch merklich eingeschränkt. Auch an den für unser befinden zu strengen Poolregeln kann man sich durchaus stören. (Keine Gläser & Flaschen in Poolnähe, sowie keine Sonnencremebenutzung). Ansonsten gibt es aber nichts auszusetzen. Besonder angenehm waren die professionellen Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. 👍

Wonderful Villa Salato

We can not stress how great a time we had in this wonderful house - with an amazing view. The host was very helpful with everything. The house is big an spacious with a classic italian interior. We were two families with a total of 4 children. The pool was big and clean and very attractive :) Since the Villa is placed above sea level on a hill there was a lovely breeze all the time on the front porch where we dined. We had two cars and we made several day trips to beaches, nature reserve Zingaro, Castellammare del Golfo. The is a lovely beach just down the hill of the house. Since the roads are very narrow and not much is happing around the house you should not expect to take walks in the area - but with a car there is a lot to experience. We highly recommend it.

Très content

Nous avons été très bien accueilli sur place par Franscisco, qui loge sur place ce qui est très pratique, et à distance par son fils, aussi Fransciso. La maison est spacieuse, correctement équipée (même si un lave vaisselle serait appréciable). La piscine est grandiose et le coin paisible. La proximité du pont de l’autoroute est étonnement pas du tout gênant car non bruyant. L’ensemble des vues, sur la mer, la vallée, la Montagne et le coucher de soleil sont sympas. Enfin la maison est parfaitement située pour découvrir cette belle région du nord et de l ouest de la Sicile
