Completely renovated, it features 3 double bedrooms, a living area with a kitchen, and a spacious living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, 2 panoramic balconies, and 2 bathrooms. The rooms, which have free Wi-Fi, are furnished with modern furniture and equipped with mosquito screens. It can accommodate up to 8 people: 6 in the three double bedrooms and 2 on the sleeper sofa in the living room.
You can easily reach the property by car without any restricted-traffic zone (ZTL) restrictions. Free parking in a private area is included. All points of interest are within a 10-minute walk. The area is one of the "greenest" and quietest areas of the city.
