They canceled our reservation with no explanation. Don't accept a reservation if you can't keep it! It messes with people's plans. Don't book this apartment.

L'emplacement de l'appartement était parfait et le logement en lui-même était très bien, en revanche

L'emplacement de l'appartement était parfait et le logement en lui-même était très bien, en revanche nous avons globalement très mal dormi du fait d'une isolation phonique très mauvaise... Nous entendions les bruits de la rue comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes. De plus, les voisins du dessus, bien qu'ils n'étaient pas toujours les mêmes pendant nos 5 nuits, ont globalement été très bruyants, à parler fort, monter et descendre les escaliers jusqu'à très tard (3-4h du matin). Du fait de l'isolation très mauvaise, nous entendions absolument tout, et particulièrement les pas au dessus de notre tête.
