The BBQ (charcoal) facilities make outdoor cooking a joy, while a children’s play area, complete with a seesaw and a playhouse, ensures entertainment for the younger guests. Private parking is also available on the vila’s premises with space for up to 2 cars, for added convenience.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

The villa features two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to five guests—four in real beds with high-quality linens and one additional guest can sleep on the living room sofa, making it ideal for families or small groups. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an open-plan living area that seamlessly combines a fully equipped modern kitchen with a comfortable lounge. A massage chair is thoughtfully placed in the main common area near the living room, providing an extra touch of relaxation. Additionally, a pool bar-table is conveniently located by the massage chair, perfect for enjoying refreshments. Natural light streams through large windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
