The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom (90x190cm), a complete bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with large sofas and a flat screen TV with satellite and Wi-Fi. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x190cm) and an en suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms with two single beds (90x190cm) each. Two of the bedrooms have access to a large terrace with views. In addition, there is another full bathroom.

Villa Son Prim is an extensive estate of more than 1250 square meters in the quiet area of ​​Son Fe, a short drive from the historic center of Alcudia, the famous town of Pollença and the beaches of Puerto de Alcudia. A perfect place to explore the north of the island that offers, in addition to the sandy beaches and the sea, a large number of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars ... all year round.
