Quiet and rurally located finca

Very nice finca with all you need for a pleasant vacation…very nice and helpful hosts 😀 Because of the very small-sized bedroom directly under the low hanging roof I would only recommend it for a younger couple.

House ok ,,, service ok ,,,,,,the road 400 meter is really bad with holes and stones ,,,,, that’s de only comment about the propertie,,, the house is in a quit area !

Lovely private property in rural part of Mallorca

The property was clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches. Communication with the owners was very good, before and during our stay. We had no problem gaining access. The area is so quiet and beautiful. As mentioned in other reviews, the bedroom mezzanine is slightly challenging but we knew this before booking and we coped with the low ceiling. Having a private pool was a definite bonus. And there was lots of choices of areas to sit outside in the garden. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Insgesamt schönes Haus, sehr ruhige Lage. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Die Schlafsituation ging allerdings gar nicht! Direkt unterm Dach, dort war es heiß und stickig. Ausserdem war die Deckenhöhe mit den Dachbalken so niedrig, dass ich die Anzahl der Beulen gar nicht zählen kann. Klimaanlage keine Alternative, einfach zu laut. Fenster konnten auch nicht offen bleiben wegen der Katzen und Mücken. Wir haben nach drei schlaflosen Nächten im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Eine abgebrochene Türklinke und kaputte Liege wurden schnell repariert.

Wir haben drei wunderschöne Wochen zu zweit in dieser Finca verbracht und uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohlgefühlt.Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt und liegt herrlich abgeschieden – perfekt, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht. Statt Straßenlärm hört man hier eigentlich nur die Ziegen in der Umgebung und das Zirpen der Zikaden. Genau so hatten wir uns unseren Mallorca-Urlaub vorgestellt.Wir waren mit dem Auto und unseren Fahrrädern vor Ort. Durch die Lage eignet sich die Finca hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden und sowohl bekannte als auch etwas verstecktere Orte Mallorcas zu entdecken.Besonders gefallen haben uns der schöne, große Pool und die sehr gute Klimaanlage, die bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen wirklich angenehm war.Auch die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war hervorragend. Sie haben sich sehr gut um alles gekümmert und waren über WhatsApp jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert erreichbar. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder nach Empfehlungen gefragt haben, bekamen wir immer hilfreiche Tipps zu schönen Orten und Ausflugszielen auf der Insel.Für uns waren es drei rundum gelungene Wochen in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Umgebung. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ruhige Finka für zwei

Süße kleine Finka, sehr abgelegen. Durch den Pool auch sehr gut bei den warmen Temperatur auszuhalten. Viele Möglichkeiten um es sich draußen gemütlich zu machen. Größere Städte sind auch nicht weit entfernt.

Calme et tranquillité

Le logement est parfait pour 2 personnes, le plafond de la chambre est un peu bas. La cuisine fonctionnelle avec l’électroménager nécessaire. Le point fort de cet hébergement est l’extérieur. Sehr schöne, ruhige Finca für zwei Personen

Die Finca liegt in einem absolut ruhigem Grüngürtel. Außerhalb der Finca ist alles perfekt, Terrasse, Pool, Sitzgelegenheiten, ... Der Zugang zum obenliegenden Bett ist steil und beengt, für ältere Leute etwas schwierig.

Schönes Haus, aber mangelnde Sauberkeit

Es ist ein sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus mit einem wunderbaren Garten. Die Lagebeschreibung ist jedoch irreführend. Die angegebenen 20 Gehminuten bis zum Hafen stimmen leider nicht. Wir mussten 2 Stunden gehen, um unsere gemieteten Räder im Hafen von Alcudia abzuholen. Die Angabe sollte korrigiert werden, um weitere Missverständnisse zu vermeiden.Zudem gab es ein großes Problem mit der Sauberkeit. Das Bettlaken und die Handtücher waren fleckig, das Badezimmer war unzureichend geputzt und das Geschirr war klebrig. Eventuell lag es daran, dass dem Geschirrspüler sowohl Klarspüler als auch Salz gefehlt haben. Außerdem wurde vergessen den Kühlschrank anzuschließen. Auf Anweisung der Gastgeberin mussten wir den Kühlschrank selbst vorziehen und einstöpseln. Das Internet wurde erst nach ein paar Tagen repariert. Allgemein war die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin nicht zufriedenstellend. Die beschriebenen Mängel wurden einfach zurückgewiesen.

Herrliche Idylle

Die Finca liegt traumhaft ruhig, abseits von jeglichem Trubel, mitten in der Natur. Die nächsten Nachbarn sind ca.200 Meter entfernt. Tolle Outdoor-Bereiche , paradiesischer Pool , Schlafempore, Wohnraum, gut ausgestattete Küche ,kleines Bad (ohne Fenster,aber mit Lüftung) entsprechen genau den Bildern im Internet ! Seht gut ist die auch als Heizung funktionierende Klimaanlage bei kühleren Temperaturen. Der Vermieter kam zwischendurch zur Poolreinigung ; kleinere Reparaturen (z.b. defekte Glühbirnen) wurden sofort erledigt. Der Anfahrtsweg ist zwar tatsächlich etwas holprig, aber letztendlich weniger schlimm als befürchtet und mit Kleinwagen (Fiat Panda) problemlos machbar . Für uns hat alles gepasst !!! Wer Ruhe , Natur + Erholung sucht , ist hier definitiv richtig ! Allerdings : bei steigenden Temperaturen erfreuen sich auch die Mücken zunehmend an dieser schönen Örtlichkeit ;-)

Ferienhaus auf fantastischem Grundstück in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus besticht mit seiner absolut tollen und ruhigen Lage mit großem und gut gepflegtem Grundstück, außerhalb von Alcúdia. Es ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, auch wenn das letzte Stück über einen etwas holprigen, unbefestigten Weg führt. Keine direkten Nachbarn, Blick von der Terrasse (östliche Ausrichtung) auf Felder und Bäume. Das Ferienhaus war okay sauber, allerdings mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Sehr nette Vermieter, die Kommunikation lief stets reibungslos und es gab frisches Obst und eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Entspannter Urlaub zu zweit

Eine wunderschöne kleine Finca mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet. Trotz der Abgeschiedenheit sind Alcúdia und Pollença sehr schnell zu erreichen. Ganz besonders der sehr sehr angenehme Kontakt zu den Vermietern Puri und Juan war toll.

Einfach nur schön!!!!!

Es war einfach nur schön Wer die Ruhe und die Einsamkeit genießt wer vom ganzen Alltagstrubel einfach mal entfliehen möchte wer einfach mal Zeit nur für sich und seinen Partner genießen möchte ist hier absolut richtig am Platz Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur und man hat keine Nachbarn rundherum Die nächsten Häuser sind gefühlt 200 Meter von einem Weg so das man sich komplett überall selbst am Pool bewegen kann wie man möchte Wir haben es sehr sehr genossen Die Unterkunft ist gut zu finden und auch zu erreichen Nur die letzten paar Meter führt über einen teilweise ausgewaschenen weg wo Steine rausschauen und man etwas aufpassen muss Wir hatten die ganze Zeit einen Roller gemietet was kein Problem war und selbst das Taxi kam ohne Probleme zur Unterkunft Die Unterkunft ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und man hat eigentlich alles was man benötigt Die Besitzer sind nicht nur sehr freundlich sondern auch sehr hilfsbereit und antworten und helfen einem direkt wen man was wissen muss Ich kann die Unterkunft einfach nur empfehlen Wir waren 10 Tage und werden definitiv wieder hier her zurückkommen

Idyllisch

Idyllische kleine Finca in ruhiger Lage. Perfekt, um von der Hektik des Alltags abzuschalten. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und kümmern sich bei Problemen. Alcudia und Pollenca sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen und bieten viele Möglichkeiten, um zu flanieren, essen und in das mallorquinische Leben einzutauchen.
