Welcome to Victoria 80 by homeprive! This beautiful and comfortable apartment is the perfect place to enjoy an incredible holiday in Denia, on the Costa Blanca. With capacity for up to 4 people, it is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to relax by the sea.
The apartment features 2 cosy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with shower. The master bedroom has a double bed with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, whilst the second bedroom offers 2 single beds. All spaces are designed for your maximum comfort.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and all kitchen utensils. Additionally, it has a washing machine for your convenience.
The living room is spacious and features air conditioning and television, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. From the balcony you can enjoy beautiful views and breathe in the fresh Mediterranean air.
The outdoor spaces are spectacular. Enjoy your own private garden with lawn, a terrace with incredible views, and access to the shared community pool. The apartment also features a balcony and additional terraces so you can enjoy the good weather of the Costa Blanca.
The location is unbeatable: just 200 metres from the beach, surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. You will have access to a bus stop less than 50 metres away, which makes your journeys easier. The port is less than 10 kilometres away and the airports in Valencia and Alicante are less than 100 kilometres away.
This accommodation is very suitable for families with children, with a communal swimming pool and a safe residential area. The building has a lift for greater convenience. It includes WiFi, air conditioning with heat pump, bed linen, towels and an iron. Final cleaning is included in the price.
Important note: Pets are not permitted and smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 20:00 hours, with check-out at 10:00 hours.
