The cottage is smart planning with an open floor plan. You are welcomed into a smaller hall. The bathroom is fully tiled with toilet / shower cubicle and directly to the left. Opposite is one bedroom with a single bed 90 cm. You then enter the living room which is integrated with the kitchen. A lovely open floor plan with a stove to the right of the room. Next to the stove is the second bedroom with a bed of 120 cm. The kitchen is modern and nice. The whole house has lovely large windows with lots of light. Directly from the kitchen you are welcomed to a glazed conservatory where you can have meals around the clock and at the same time nature is right next door. The guest house is opposite and you enter directly into a fully tiled room with shower / toilet as well as washing machine and dryer. Adjacent is a bedroom with a bunk bed. Very smart and well-planned and the accommodation is perfect for the small family with children who want to swim, enjoy the peace and go on cozy excursions. In the area there are fish-rich lakes and in the nearest lake is a small boat that is included in the booking. Fishing licenses are not required for fishing in Rödvattnet. You are close to Lilla Edet's center with grocery stores and cafes. If you want to experience the big city, it is 50 km to Gothenburg. Take a day trip to Ljungskile and the sea only 20 km or why not a visit to Trollhättan's most beautiful places to visit, the mighty falls and the impressive locks - an area with magnificent surroundings that has attracted locals and tourists for centuries.
