Summary:

Welcome to this newly built apartment in the heart of Fuengirola, just a stone's throw from the 8km long beach, the historic Tapas Square, Miramar shopping center, and much more.

The area around the apartment is called Fuengirola "Old Town" and is one of the city's most charming areas with alleys and squares with lovely bodegas and Spanish restaurants, one of which has been mentioned in the Michelin guide twice.



The Space:

When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by a newly built apartment of the highest quality with a chic touch, straight ahead you have the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner on holiday. To the left, you have a dining table, a sofa bed, and a large Smart TV. To the right, you have a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a large and comfortable double bed with its own access to the private patio, and a bedroom with 2 single beds.



The apartment is also fully equipped with A / C in each room, WIFI via fiber optics, a counter and a washing machine, and much more.



The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



Key pickup is available at Málaga Airport at our service desk, providing a convenient option for guests arriving by air. Alternatively, you may collect your keys from our office in Fuengirola Center.

The Neighborhood:

Just a short walk away, there is also a zoo, Bioparc Fuengirola, which is very popular with visitors. The train station is less than 10min walk from the apartment and the nearest grocery store is 50m further down the street. The beach is about 100m from the front door, and here you can sunbathe with full service in sunbeds or just lay out a towel under a palm tree and enjoy your stay.



Getting Around:

You get around easily by foot as the apartment is in the city central, there goes buses to Marbella and Torremolinos from nearby and the trainstation is just a 10min walk from the flat.



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25 years old (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.

- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability, and for a fee, please contact us for the details.

- We have pool towels available. Please inquire about our rates.

We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. In case of any emergency, our team is available at all times to provide immediate support.
