Modern furnished and tastefully decorated, this 50m2 lovely apartment features a single couch bed in the living room, a flat-screen TV and a dining table big enough to accommodate four people, the open-plan layout kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also ironing equipment available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom features a double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials such as toilet, shower and hair dryer with towels and free toiletries being provided for your convenience.

You may leave your luggage in the Welcome Center for free, while you keep enjoying the city!

The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is surrounded by many attractions. Just a short 8 minutes walk away from São Bento station, this area is easily accessible. Attractions such as the Luís I Bridge, Gardens of the Crystal Palace, Porto Cathedral, Torre dos Clérigos, Clerigos Church and Tower, Ageas Porto Coliseum, and Chapel of Souls are all within reach. For a taste of the local cuisine, be sure to check out the nearby restaurants and bars, such as Abadia do Porto and Jimão Tapas e Vinhos.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest Metro station, São Bento, is just an 6-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
