NOTE: The flat is located on a pedestrian street with no car access.

The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator and guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The area surrounding the apartments is well served by restaurants, cafés and shops. There are many monuments, buildings and other interesting spots to visit, as well as traditional street animation, music and other shows to be enjoyed. From here one can easily get to other main areas of Oporto by foot, bus, tram or metro, the latter from the nearby iconic “São Bento” train station. You can also find a Mcdonald's 2 minutes walking.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Important Note: Some restoration works are underway in a building next door. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Pourrait mieux faire

Appartement très bien placé , mignon, jolie déco . Bien disposé , belle espace de vie . Dommage qu’il ne soit pas maintenu en état : murs abîmés , prise arrachée dans le salon , carreaux de la salle d’eau qui ne tiennent plus , l’eau ne s’évacue pas dans la baignoire … ce petit appartement mériterait une douche avec portes coulissantes . On pourrait rajouter quelques vrais cintres à la place de ceux en métal de pressing . L’entrée de l’immeuble et l’escalier d’accès à l’appartement sont sales . Malgré ces quelques aspects négatifs , j’ai passé un agréable séjour à Porto et je reviendrai sans hésiter en espérant que cet appart aura eu les améliorations qui le rendront parfait.
