Beautifull villa with sea views in La Florida

This beautiful Villa with garden and private pool, is located in the La Florida area (Denia) and has a capacity for 6 people with 1200m2 of open plot in mountainous terrain. The house consists of 170 m², distributed on two floors (above the main house and below the studio).
The main floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a Kitchen. All rooms on the main floor are equipped with a hot and cold heat pump. The studio with access from the outside located in the pool area has a living / dining room with air conditioning hot / cold, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. In addition the house also has WIFI.
From the parking area with capacity for 2 vehicles we descend through stairs to the main floor of the house.
Once inside the house we find the spacious living room with Spanish and German TV, air conditioning and from its windows we can enjoy one of the best parts of this house, its views of the sea. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need such as a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, all necessary utensils, juicer, gas stove, oven, etc.
Next to the dining room we find the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The main room has a double bed, two bedside tables and two lamps, as well as a built-in wardrobe where you can store your belongings. The second bedroom is made up of two single beds, a dresser with a mirror and a built-in wardrobe as well. both rooms with hot / cold air conditioning.
The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. This is spacious and comfortable. It has a shower and basic toilets.
When going outside the living room, we find a terrace furnished with outdoor armchairs and a low table, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the area and the spectacular views of the sea and the mountains. If we go down the stairs we find the studio and swimmingpool area (8x4m), furnished with sunbeds.
