The Superior "Il Fico" apartment develops on the ground floor and receives its guests in a generous open space that offers an equipped kitchenette and a double bed, for a total of two beds. The structure is completed by an elegant bathroom with internal shower. Guests staying in the Fico will be able to relax in a lovely and welcoming private garden belonging to the apartment. Each apartment is equipped with all the utilities of primary necessity.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is equipped with every comfort and is finished in every detail. It is located about 400 m from the splendid coast: a quiet street, easily accessible on foot. It offers a private car park and has a private garden for relaxation.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need: TV, appliances and basic necessities.
Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner. The use of the air conditioner is autonomous and is not included in the price: a meter monitors consumption, which will then be paid for by the guest at check out. Upon entering the facility, you will find the apartment already clean and stocked with everything you need, including a set of sheets and a set of towels (shower towel + face + guest) per guest.
