Perfetto!! Casa accogliente c'era tutto quello che poteva servire e anche di più, pulitissima, giardino e zona esterna molto curata bellissimo pranzare e cenare sotto il portico. Comodissimo anche il locale lavanderia e le docce esterne, in posizione molto comoda sia per le spiagge che per il centro. Il proprietario disponibile e gentilissimo già dall' inizio quando abbiamo prenotato e successivamente ci ha supportato per qualsiasi richiesta e informazioni. Consigliato per un soggiorno in questa zona Grazie

„Wie nach Hause kommen „

Wir waren schon mehrmals Gast in diesem Haus und fühlten uns auch dieses Mal sehr wohl. Das Haus bietet alles, was wir im Urlaub brauchen. Die Lage kann optimaler nicht sein. Und der Vermieter Samuele ist sehr zuverlässig, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Toller Gastgeber, einfachere Gegend

Wir waren in den letzten beiden Wochen im Mai in der Ferienwohnung. Das Haus liegt optimal für Strandurlaub. Um Städte zu besichtigen und die Gegend zu erkunden, muss man aber mind. 45 min Autofahrt einplanen. In Apulien beginnt die Urlaubssaison erst im Juni, daher sind die meisten Restaurants noch geschlossen. Samuele ist ein sehr netter Vermieter! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schöne Tage in Manduria

Wir durften drei sonnige Wochen in Manduria verbringen. Das Haus ist schön gelegen und man kann zu Fuss zum Strand laufen (5 min). Der Garten ist ein echter Gewinn, die Terasse war viel genutzt. Leider hatten wir ständig WLAN-Probleme und konnten das Internet eigentlich bis auf wenige Tage gar nicht nutzen. Die Außendusche war klasse, die Küche war okay eingerichtet, hier würden wir uns nur passende Deckel für alle Töpfe wünsche (bis auf die kleine Überschwemmung durch einen defekten Abfluss)

Das ideale Haus für entspannten Urlaub mit Hunden, da das Grundstück umzäunt (genauer gesagt Mauer) ist. Das kleine Häuschen verfügt über alles was man braucht. Das Meer und der Chidro Fluss sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

L eau du robinet n est pas potable : ne pas la boire et besoin de se rendre à une fontaine (500m) pour la cuisson de l alimentaire (nous sommes en 2023). Le voisinage est très bruyant avec des chiens qui aboient nuits et jours et parfois la musique mise à fond. Nous avons dû payer 30€ pour les draps et linges de maison alors qu’il était spécifié dans l annonce qu ils étaient fournis : ce n est pas tant la somme mais le principe. Les bas côtés aux alentours de la maison et des villes voisines, sont jonchés de détritus.

Einfach wunderbar

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus. Samuele ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Die Übergabe war problemlos. Bei Fragen oder Problemen ist er stets erreichbar und antwortet umgehend. Wir haben uns bewusst wieder für dieses Haus entschieden, weil wir uns erholen wollten. Die Lage ist ruhig, der Strand ein Traum und die Nachbarschaft sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung war für uns ausreichend gut, der Garten läd zum verweilen ein. Wir haben vier tolle Wochen dort verbracht und kommen wieder. Herzlichen Dank Samuele, für die Gastfreundschaft und deine Bemühungen.

Una bella scoperta!

Cercavamo una casa che ci permettesse di rilassarci insieme al nostro cane, ed è esattamente ciò che abbiamo trovato! Non solo, il giardino molto curato e attrezzato ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più confortevole, con docce esterne perfettamente funzionanti ed un gran bel barbecue in pietra che ha rallegrato le nostre serate. La posizione della casa è molto strategica: si può raggiungere agevolmente a piedi ogni servizio primario (bar/ tavola calda /farmacia/ ristorante/ mini market). La location inoltre è suggestiva poiché si trova all'interno di una riserva naturale dove passa il fiume Chidro che sfocia nella vicina spiaggia in cui abbiamo passato la maggior parte delle nostre mattine. Infine, la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario ci hanno piacevolmente sorpreso e pensiamo di ritornare!

Bella casa vacanze vicino al fiume

Siamo stati in questa fantastica casa per le vacanze per tre settimane e abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica lì. Tutto era come descritto e il giardino era un paradiso per i nostri cani di piccola taglia. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla circondata da una pineta. Il fiume e la spiaggia sono una piacevole passeggiata di otto minuti. Il padrone di casa era estremamente cordiale, disponibile e sempre disponibile per domande. Ritorneremo sicuramente, siamo stati benissimo. Mille grazie al padrone di casa!!!

Vacanza piacevole, la casa è attrezzata per quel che basta. Il fiume chidro che è nelle vicinanze crea qualche problema di sovraffollamento però basta fare pochi passi per avere più tranquillità, Il mare è a 500 mt da casa... se vi piace passeggiare va bene se no vi consiglio è consiglio anche alla proprietà di mettere delle bici a disposizione... Non a tutti piace passeggiare ogni giorno. Cmq bella vacanza punto strategico per visitare gran parte della Puglia. Il mare di San Pietro è il più bello della Puglia!!!!!! Samuele e la madre, cortesi presenti e mai invasivi. Un bel ricordo!!! Punto di forza? Il comodissimo barbecue!!!!

Schöner Urlaub an einem wunderschönen Ort

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dem Haus und hatten es bewusst nochmal gemietet. Oasi di comfort e tranquillita'

Padroni di casa gentilissimi e disponibili,la casa è dotata di ogni comfort e si distingue per essere un'oasi di pace pur essendo vicinissima al centro del paese.Le spiagge sono raggiungibili comodamente anche a piedi.Stare in giardino,di sera,dopo una giornata di mare,è il non plus ultra del relax. Un'esperienza,insomma,piu' che positiva,da ripetere senz'altro e che ha reso davvero piacevole la nostra vacanza.

Samuele e sua mamma ci hanno accolto con professionalità e discrezione. La casa è arredata nell'essenziale, ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Punti di forza il piccolo bagno e le docce esterne, alimentate con acqua calda (che non guasta) il giardino, curato grazie anche alla competenza di Samuele e l'ampia veranda. Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Samuele ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Es war alles sehr sauber., es gab keine unliebsamen Überraschungen. Wir hatten alles, was wir für einen Urlaub brauchten. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Das Haus selbst liegt sehr ruhig und wir konnten den Strand in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. In den Ort läuft man auch nur gemütliche 15 Minuten. Von San Pietro aus kann man wunderbare Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Küste selbst ist wunderbar und nicht verbaut. Der Strand und die Buchten sind allesamt frei zugänglich. Das Wasser ist traumhaft und gerade für unsere Kinder wunderbar geeignet. Wir sind mit zwei Kindern (13 u. 4 Jahre ) gereist . Unser jüngster Sohn benötigt einen Rollstuhl und auch das war im Haus und Garten kein Problem. Vielen Dank Samuele, wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder Ciao

Non saremmo più ripartiti

La proprietà è esattamente come descritta. L'interno dell'appartamento è spazioso, noi eravamo in due ma ci sarebbero state tranquillamente 4 persone. Ben curato il cortile/ giardino con piante ornamentali e da frutto, perfetto per chi ha animali domestici, che hanno modo di scorazzare in tutta tranquillità, essendo recintato. La proprietà dista a circa 400 mt dal mare, zona fiume Chidro; volendo si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi. Inutile dire che quelle zone sono ricche di spiagge meravigliose, con un mare incredibile. Il proprietario,Samuele, è stato molto disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza; preciso e puntuale in tutto. Sicuramente torneremo. Consigliatissimo.

Ruhiger end erholsamer Urlaub mit der Familie, an einem wunderschönen Ferienort am bezaubenden Meer.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Küche, riesige Terasse und Garten mit Aussendusche... . Ruhige Lage, Kurzem Weg zum Meer und ungefähr 800 m zum Zentrum, mit Waschmaschine. Wir waren vier Personen 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder haben eine wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt, das Haus lag gut und wir konnten zu Fuß ans Meer gehen. Der Vernieter war sehr entgegenkommend und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in den Haus und in dem Ort Urlaub machen. Das Haus

Ich kann die Unterkunft allen wärmstens empfehlen, vor allem für Familien mit Kindern. Wenn auch die Einrichtung eher spartanisch ist, und die Küchenausstattung für leidenschaftliche Köche etwas zu wünschen übrig lässt, sind die wichtigen Aspekte für einen tollen Urlaub allemal mehr als gut: - Die Nähe zum Strand (GPS-Position stimmt genau - Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar) - Der Strand ist herrlich, feiner Sand, perfekt für Kinder. Der Childro ist ebenfalls ein highlight! - Der Garten des Hauses ist groß und es gibt viel Schatten - herrlich für heiße Tage - Es gibt eine Außen-WC und eine Außendusche - der Sand bleibt also vor der Tür - Das Haus ist vergleichsweise groß, 2 Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche, die allerdings eher ungemütlich ist. - Es gibt Mückengitter an allen Fenstern - Geschäfte aller Art sind in wenigen Minuten per Rad erreichbar - Preis/Leistung ist daher SUPER

Bellissima villetta nella zona della foce del fiume Chidro a San Pietro in Bevagna

Siamo stati due settimane ad agosto in questa villetta e possiamo dire di esserci trovati davvero molto bene, la casa nella sua semplicità è perfetta per una vacanza in quanto dispone di tutte le comodità - lavatrice, docce esterne e lavabi esterni, grande giardino ideale anche per chi come noi aveva il cane al seguito, spazio per mangiare sempre fuori nelle zone ombreggiate, barbecue in muratura, la casa dentro è anche bella spaziosa quindi non manca proprio nulla - a parte il climatizzatore ma ci sono comunque tanti ventilatori a disposizione. Il proprietario è una persona davvero molto gentile e discreta e nel caso di bisogno subito disponibile ad intervenire, nel nostro caso per una banalità - un rubinetto del giardino che non funzionava bene ma del quale si poteva anche fare a meno - è prontamente intervenuto risolvendo il problema, davvero complimenti. La casa è posta in una posizione strategica in zona molto tranquilla e rilassante a 400 metri dal mare e dalla foce del fiume Chidro che e nostro parere è il valore aggiunto di San Pietro in Bevagna permette di godere sia delle acque limpidissime e gelide - ma rigeneranti - del fiume ma allo stesso del tempo di stare al mare che è veramente bello, inoltre molto vicine ci sono Manduria ed Avetrana che meritano una visita anche per una passeggiata serale. Penso che torneremo molto volentieri in questo posto, lo consigliamo vivamente per una splendida vacanza.
