The house has a wonderful roof terrace with Panoramic view, the house is perfectly placed so that you can see Kalmar Sound no matter how you turn in 3 directions. It also means that you have a sea view from all the rooms of the house. The roof terrace must be experienced, here you can enjoy the sun all day or why not a glass of wine in the evening at sunset. The house includes both a canoe and a boat equipped with a 20hp engine + electric motor for your safety and en SUP. Here you can explore the surroundings from the water on your own. The mooring is only 80m from the house. Life jackets are available for 4 people. The house has a newly built terrace and a glazed conservatory with comfortable lounge furniture, here you can enjoy good meals with a nice view. Barbecue is available if desired. Garden furniture and sun loungers are at your disposal in the garden. Combined open dining / living room with unbeatable views, here is dining table, sofa, armchairs and TV. Small well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, new stove, fridge / freezer and most things you need. Here you can enjoy comfortable beds (3 of the beds are comfortable tempur mattresses) as well as comfortable, fresh, airy duvets and pillows. The house has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (folding door), the others with a single bed each, "closed" with the treaty curtain if desired. Blinds are available. A guest cottage with double bed is in direct connection via the terrace with only 2 meters to the large house toilet which is easy to reach as it is equipped with a front door. The toilet, which is newly renovated, is equipped with a shower, washbasin and washing machine. In the cottage area there is a summer restaurant, kiosk, small shop, mini golf course, playground, football goal, barbecue areas and larger swimming area. The nearest town is Bergkvara (4.6km), where there are more restaurants, a grocery store and a paddle hall. Skäppevik is also perfectly located for various excursion destinations if desired. You are close to the sun and the winds' island Öland for sunbathing and swimming and Öland Zoo. Kristianopel, 16km away is a strawberry place well worth a visit with its small shops, restaurants, popular cafes and nice guest harbor. Café Sött o Salt is a hot tip. Boat trips to Garpen's lighthouse start from Bergkvara. Blomlöf's fish smokehouse, 9 km away is well worth a visit. Kalmar offers attractions such as Kalmar Castle and Kalmar County Museum.
