About this property
5 minutes from the sea family apartment with large garden. Pet friendly.
Large apartment with independent entrance, completely renovated in 2013 maintaining the charm of the past. Located on the first floor of a country house, it has a large private garden where you can relax. Consisting of a bright living room, large eat-in kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, full bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and 80 com shower. From the windows you can enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside with olive trees and cypresses. The garden is equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs, sun loungers and barbecue.
The car finds space inside the garden.
The sea of the Etruscan Coast is 5 minutes away (less than 3km). The beaches are both free and equipped. A splendid pine forest perfect for walks, picnics in the shade, bike rides.
If you want, you can rent bikes at our facility starting from €3 for half a day!
The town of Vada offers a nice center with bars, restaurants and shops and many beaches.
Supermarkets of all kinds and for every need are within a radius of 4 km.
Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Volterra about an hour and a half away.
Also convenient are the Vada (3km), Rosignano (6km) and Cecina (6km) train stations if you want to travel by train, perfect for a day trip for example to the 5 Terre.
You will always find facilities for practicing sports within a few kilometers.
Also convenient is the city of Piombino from which ferries depart for the islands of our archipelago: Elba, Capraia, Giglio.

MI dispiace sempre quando gli ospiti non si trovano bene, ma vorrei precisare che lei ha soggiornato al primo piano e che c'è soltanto un altro appartamento al piano terreno. I rispettivi giardini sono separati da cespugli piantati a siepe.
Si tratta di una casa in campagna, circondata da campi, purtroppo proprio il giorno del vostro arrivo era al lavoro la mietitrebbia. Nei successivi 10 giorni di soggiorno soltanto una volta è stata tagliata l'erba intorno alla casa, cosa che pensavamo vi facesse piacere per avere tutto in ordine. Abbastanza normale in campagna...

Perfekte Ferienwohnung
Wir durften zwei herrliche Wochen in der Ferienwohnung von Francesca und ihrer Familie verbringen. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Vada,, etwas ausserhalb des Ortes und ist von den Olivenbäumen der Besitzer umgeben. Die Räume waren zu 110 % sauber und ordentlich und sehr gemütlich. Strategisch ist man sehr nahe am Meer, wobei es nettere Strände etwas weiter südlich und gut erreicht gibt (Bibona). Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Livorno, Pisa, Volterra, San Giimigniano) sind mit dem Auto gut durchführbar. Wir würden diesen Agriturismo uneigenschränkt empfehlen und jederzeit wiederkommen !
