With a privileged location less than 50 metres from Fustera Beach, between Calpe and Moraira, Marta Beach 4 offers access to a fine sandy beach and crystal-clear waters, ideal for water activities such as kayaking and paddle surfing. As a Marine Reserve, it is a paradise for divers, with a rich diversity of marine life offering an exciting underwater experience.



The apartment is located less than 50 metres from Fustera Beach, between Calpe and Moraira, one of the most coveted beaches in the area due to its characteristics: Fine sand beach and beach bar right on the beach, nautical activities, picnic areas, children's games and supermarket 2 minutes walking.



Marta Beach 4 is located at the top of a recently built complex with a chill-out restaurant, swimming pool, sun loungers, and Balinese beds, sometimes even featuring live music.



The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, washing machine, TV and wifi. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a single bed with open access, and a bathroom with a shower.
