Beautiful apartment, centrally located, just a short walk to the train.The furnishings include everything you need for a vacation stay. Our rental owner Roberto gave us good information about restaurants etc. in the area and was always available to answer any questions we had.We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this apartment.

Great location for Pompeii and Amalfi

Best Host Ever

If there was an award for the best host, Roberto would get it. The place was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The apartment is situated close to the beach and to a small train station, so getting to other locations wasn't difficult. The internet went down a few times but Roberto addressed it quickly.

Excellent séjour à la casa Teresinella

Nous avons passĂ© 4 jours dans ce vaste et bel appartement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Nous n’avons pas eu assez de temps pour profiter de la terrasse et du beau jardin, tellement il y a de choses Ă  faire dans le secteur. PompĂ©i est Ă  10 minutes en voiture et la gare de Trecase est Ă  300m Ă  pied : c’est lĂ  qu’on prend une sorte de RER, le circumvesuviana qui va Ă  Naples d’un cĂŽtĂ© et Sorrente de l’autre. Roberto est vraiment sympathique et trĂšs rĂ©actif : il rĂ©pond immĂ©diatement Ă  toutes les demandes (dans les limites du raisonnable j’imagine !). C’est donc une excellente adresse

Torre Annunziata: Abseits der Touristenhochburgen

Torre Annunziata ist ein kleiner Geheimtipp fĂŒr alle, die abseits des großen Touristenrummels in Neapel oder Sorrento Urlaub machen möchten. Die Lage der Wohnung liegt zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof sowie Strand sind in unter 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Roberto empfing uns herzlich und hatte jederzeit sehr gute Tipps und Informationen zu SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten, Restaurants und Strand parat. Auch war er jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Durch die Bauart der Wohnung mussten wir selbst bei 36°C Außentemperaturen die Klimaanlage selten benutzen. Ebenfalls zu erwĂ€hnen ist der hervorragend und mit Leidenschaft gepflegte Garten. Parken ist kostenpflichtig im Innenhof des Hauses. In Torre Annunziata gibt es einen breiten Strand. Im Ă€ußeren Bereich befindet sich der kostenlose öffentliche Bereich. Die restlichen Bereiche sind kostenpflichtig. Der Sand am Strand ist aus feinem, dunklen Vulkangestein. Das Meer war ziemlich warm, das fĂŒr uns angenehm war. Bedauerlicherweise ist der öffentliche Strand vermĂŒllt und wird im Gegensatz zu bezahlten StrĂ€nden wenig gepflegt. EntschĂ€digend ist die Aussicht auf den Vesuv vom Strand aus. Auf das Auto kann man verzichten - Vom nahe gelegenen Bahnhof Trecase aus sind die großen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten wie Vesuv, Neapel und Pompeji gut und gĂŒnstig zu erreichen. Wir fanden unseren Urlaub sehr schön und Roberto ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber.

Maison qui correspond parfaitement Ă  son descriptif avec tout le confort nĂ©cessaire (trĂšs propre), trĂšs bonne literie (draps qui sentent bon) et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Roberto est un hĂŽte charmant, accueillant et disponible prĂȘt Ă  rendre service Ă  tout moment. Roberto nous avaient proposĂ© une place de parking (sĂ©curisĂ©) et effectivement cela nous a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs utile au vue de la circulation trĂšs dense. Seule petit bĂ©mol, le bruit la nuit de la circulation et de l’entrĂ©e commune. Maison idĂ©alement placĂ©e pour ceux qui veulent visiter naples et la cote amalfitaine avec en bonus un magnifique petit jardin ombragĂ© de citronniers et d’oranger. PARFAIT

Sehr schöner Kurzulaub

Die Unterkunft war sehr modern eingerichtet, hatte eine gemĂŒtliche Terrasse mit angrenzendem Garten. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hatte immer ein offenes Ohr. Die von ihm empfohlene Pizzeria war prima. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!
