The ground floor of the property features a good size open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area, with patio doors and windows which offer direct access to a covered patio and garden area. Two bedrooms are also situated on the ground floor, both are equipped with queen beds and one of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. In addition, there is a second shower room on the ground floor.

The first floor includes a master queen bed bedroom, with en-suite shower room and benefits of good size balcony, where magnificent sea and sunset views can be enjoyed. On the same floor there is also, a twin bedroom with two single beds, as well as en-suite shower room.

Outside, the Villa has an inviting communal swimming pool to enjoy the sunny days. The pool is adjacent to the property with easy access and only shared with few residences within the complex.
