Spanish-style villa in Orba. Enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and mountains from the private pool and large terraces. Our villa was featured on an episode of the Channel 5 TV show, “Holiday Homes in the Sun.”

Offering exclusive access, this villa is light and airy, with 3 modernly decorated bedrooms, 2 comfortable bathrooms (one en suite), a separate toilet, and an outdoor shower. The living room and all the bedrooms have air conditioning. The living and dining area features a typically Spanish split-level open-plan living and dining room with an amazing view and a fully equipped kitchen. There is free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, satellite TV, streaming options, books, as well as games and pool floats.

Casa Rena is situated in a quiet location just 5 minutes from the traditional town of Orba, which offers restaurants, a fresh bakery, an award-winning pizzeria, and a supermarket. It’s an easy 20-minute drive to popular Blue Flag beaches and resorts, including El Vegel, Calpe, Moraira, Denia, Javea, and El Portet. Enjoy excellent shopping in Denia’s old town and port, or at the air-conditioned Portal de la Marina shopping centre—just a 10-minute drive away—which features popular shops and restaurants.

Nearby are the Montgó National Park and golf courses: an 18-hole golf course and spa can be found at the 5-star Marriott, which also offers horseback riding and tennis. Alternatively, visit hilltop towns (Guadalest) or fishing villages (Calpe). Ibiza and the Balearic Islands are a 2-hour ferry ride from the port of Denia. The area is also fabulous for cyclists (Coll de Rates), mountain bikers, and hikers thanks to the beautiful mountains surrounding the famous Jalón Valley wine region.
Since we have stunning views, there are quite a few steps (stairs) to enter the villa. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties

Toller Pool, die Villa ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sauber, fantastischer Ausblick, schön ruhig, sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, für uns ein perfekter Ort um als Familie Ferien zu machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Incroyable et merveilleux ! La maison est splendide à l’extérieur comme à l’intérieur, la vue et le cadre extraordinaire !! Rien ne manque ! La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est un vrai confort en août. Les explications détaillées concernant l’arrivée et la vie sur place sont parfaites.
