Très agréable séjour

Appartement très agréable remarquablement aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Une grande terrasse permet de se détendre et de prendre les repas. Les pièces sont spacieuses avec une vue imprenable sur l'Etna du balcon. L'accueil du propriétaire a été très chaleureux malgré notre arrivée tardive. Appartement à recommander.

Preis/Leistung macht sich bemerkbar!!

Wir hatten genügend Platz für 6 Personen, die Küche ist sehr geräumig und ist gerade ausreichend Bestückt, alles nicht Vollzählig (6 Personen) und auch nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Espressokanne könnte wirklich mal Neu und 2 vernünftige Schneidemesser für Fleisch, Zwiebeln ect. wären wirklich hilfreich gewesen aber im großen ganzen kam man zurecht. Es gibt zwei Terassen eine kleine schmale direkt in Richtung Etna (was wirklich sehr schön ist vorallem Nachts wenn die Lichter funkeln von den kleinen Dörfern im Schatten des Etnas) und die große Terasse in Richtung Meer wobei man es leider nicht sehen kann.Leider gab es nur die Vier Stühle im kantigen Rattanstyle die auch noch sehr unbequem waren vorallem ohne Sitzbezüge!!...das aufstocken der anderen Stühle brachte auch nicht mehr Komfort. Die Hängematte wurde von mir als erstes Inspiziert da Sie sehr einladen aussah und ausser ihr, keine Möglichkeit gab, wirklich in der Sonne zu Relaxen.Im Endeffekt ist schon beim ersten Probeliegen direkt der Stoff gerissen!! Zwar wiege ich 90 kg aber das kam wirklich überraschend und nach bekanntgabe wurde erwähnt das die Matte locker über 20Jahre alt wäre, womit mir einiges klar wird.Was auch richtige Schade war das es keine wirkliche Grill möglichkeit gab vorallem auf der großen Terasse die meines Erachtens auf den Fotos dazu einlädt, gerade vom Platz her, aber stattdessen sagte der Vermieter das man sich selber eine Grill kaufen muss um dann unten beim Carport grillen zu dürfen.Ich denke das der Vermieter nicht möchte das noch mehr Insenkten wie Armeisen, Mücken und sogar Ratten angezogen werden.Die Unterkunft selbst war recht ordentlich geschützt mit Moskitolamellen vor den Fenstern.Das Badezimmerschloss war direkt nach Ankunft kaputt und wurde bis zum letzten Tag nicht ersetzt stattdessen ausgebaut ohne klinkenfunktion hinterlassen und leider NUR 1 Handtuchset + 2 noch kleineren für Bidet.Naja...was ich noch erwähnen sollte ist das der Vermieter seinen Strom mit Hilfe von Photovoltaik bezieht, eine Super Sache, Sie ist nur unterdimensioniert, was dazu führt das ständig die Sicherung für Klimaanlage,Duschwasser und Kühlschrank ausfällt. Als ich einen Geb. Kuchen machen wollte musste ich festellen das der Backofen zuviel Energie frisst und ich nacheinander alle Geräte wie Klimaanlage(mehr als 1 Klimaanlage hatten wir nicht an) und sogar der Kühlschrank musste ausgeschaltet werden um den Kuchen fertigzustellen. Ich sag mal Preis/Leistungs macht sich bemerkbar!
