Très chouette!

La maison, l'endroit sont très chouette, la plage est à côté, la gentillesse et l'accueil de Roberta au top, en bonus un contact fort sympathique pour faire son excursion sur l'Etna. Tutto bene!

Vorrei ma non posso

Premetto che abbiamo soggiornato qui solo 2 giorni perché volevamo visitare l'Etna e le gole dell'alcantara quindi abbiamo cercato un alloggio in posizione strategica rispetto alle nostre mete e ad un prezzo abbordabile e direi che le nostre esigenze sono state soddisfatte. MA: - si accede da uno stradone ma se mettete l'indirizzo segnalato su Google Map vi manda nella strada dietro! A quanto pare è un problema comune, così ci ha detto la proprietaria.. allora forse poteva dircelo prima invece di farci aspettare 20' per strada alle 9 di sera mentre cercavamo di chiamarla... - l'appartamento si trova all'interno di un agrumeto, potenzialmente bellissimo ma non proprio curato. Giardino con erba altissima, bella l'idea di avere giochi per i bambini (una altalena, un dondolo e il biliardino) ma un po' malandati. - ci sono vari appartamenti. Il nostro, un po' piccolino, prevedeva un'area esterna col tavolo per mangiare, accesso all'appartamento direttamente in cucina poi da quella direttamente nella prima stanza che era la camera matrimoniale e la seconda stanza che era la cameretta. Bagnetto con doccia finestrato. Gli arredi vecchi, la pulizia un po' ai limiti, la TV di quelle vecchie a tubo catodico con annesso piccolo decoder che non sono riuscita a far funzionare, ventilatore per la camera con i fili parzialmente scoperti. Nei cassetti sotto la TV oggetti di vario genere penso abbandonati nel tempo tipo palline, cartacce e altri piccoli scarti di cui fortunatamente mia figlia di 2 anni non se ne è accorta. - Roberta la proprietaria è stata piacevole, ci ha anche segnalato una guida per l'Etna (Paolo, consigliassimo!) Peccato per la spiacevole discussione sul telecomando della TV la mattina della partenza (dopo averla aspettata mezz'ora con la macchina carica), già rotto ed incerottato al nostro arrivo per sua stessa ammissione dagli inquilini precedenti, ma che forse voleva far addebitare a me, cosa che poi non ha fatto. Insomma per concludere: potenzialmente un bel posto ma andrebbe curato di più sia l'esterno ma soprattutto l'interno!!

Huisje was netjes en eenvoudig.

De eigenaresse was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden tijdens ons verblijf wel wat problemen met elektriciteit en water. Maar na een telefoontje werden de problemen snel opgelost. Het was er goed toeven vooral de waranda die overgroeid was met de kiwi boom bood een fijne bescherming tegen de hitte. Alleen in de avond kwamen er wel wat meer muggen. Als extra vertier zijn er een voetbalspel en een tafeltennistafel aanwezig.

Familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung inmitten von Zitronenbäumen

Es ist eine familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung. Bei warmem Wetter kann der Garten genossen werden. Tischtennistisch und Tischfussball sind willkommene Freizeitangebote. Der Garten dient als grosses Wohnzimmer. Mückenspray ist empfehlenswert. Im Herbst, wenn die Temperaturen tiefer werden, ist es in der Wohnung recht eng, da die Küche auch als Aufenthaltsraum genutzt werden muss. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Hygiene ist mittelmässig. Die Wohnung ist am Rande eines kleineren Ortes. Ohne Auto wäre es schwer erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
