Excellent appartment on great location.

This app. is likely as new. We stay with family and had a wonderfull time here end Aug 2022. All you need for a pleasant stay is there in this well equiped place. The airco in al different rooms is comfort+ Location of the app is absolute splendid. Everything is on a walking distance. And for us we discovered thad this area of Funchal is much more comfort and relaxing than the busy center of the city. And everything you need for holiday is around the corner. When going out for exploring? Taxi en busstop on 50 meter. The best restaurants....around the corner. Anyway the appartment was a great place for us and we felt very comfort in such a nice place...Thank you Nothing at this moment..

Prévoir plus de couverts et de grandes assiettes, un balai et une pelle. Je précise en outre que la lumière de la penderie de la chambre du milieu reste allumée en permanence. Nous avons du baisser le fusible de la pièce pour éviter le gaspillage d'électricité.

Für uns perfekt!

Wenn wir wieder nach Madeira kommen, dann wird diese Wohnung die erste Wahl sein! Jedes Zimmer mit großem hochwertigen Bett und Balkon, top Lage am Forum (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermarkt, Apotheken, McDonalds, Shopping), Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel und crushed Ice Funktion. Gemütliches Sofa mit sehr schönem digitalen Kamin mit Heizfunktion und sehr nicem Smart-TV mit Netflix etc. Jedes Zimmer hat eine moderne Klimaanlage, die sehr gut funktioniert und ein Traum war. 2 sehr moderne Bäder mit Regendusche und eines der Bäder mit Sprudelwanne. Die Küche war mit Induktionsherd sehr gut ausgestattet und modern. Einzige kleine Negativpunkte: Etwas wenig Besteck, das Warmwasser ist relativ schnell aufgebraucht, vor allem wenn mehrere Personen duschen oder man Baden möchte, und eine Kaffeemaschine wäre gut gewesen. Sonst war die Wohnung perfekt! Als Bonus konnte man in einem nahegelegen Bäcker/Konditorei jeden Tag (!) für 5€ kostenlos einkaufen. (hier war die Bedienung aber so unfreundlich, dass wir irgendwann nicht mehr hingegangen sind, aber naja war eh geschenkt). Richtig gut war, dass die Wohnung nach einer Woche nochmal komplett und sehr schnell und auch sehr gründlich gereinigt wurde von 3 oder 4 sehr netten Personen. Ein Traum! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
