Kleines Paradies

Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein kleines Häuschen plus großzügiger Außenbereich in einem märchenhaften Hain mit Olivenbäumen und Zitronenbäumen. Es bietet alles, was man braucht. Alle Angaben und Fotos geben genau die Realität wieder. Der Kontakt mit der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin Carla lief über WhatsApp. Wir bekamen die genauen Koordinaten über GoogleMaps, so war die Anreise kein Problem. Carla und ihre Familie haben uns sehr nützliche Tipps gegeben und keine Frage offen gelassen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Arrividerci!

Tutta apparenza

La proprietà si presenta esteticamente molto gradevole, purtroppo le cose positive si può dire che finiscono qui. Innanzitutto non abbiamo avuto né indirizzo né contatto telefonico con i gestori nonostante avessimo pagato, ho dovuto scrivere attraverso l’app per sapere dove andare. La strada per raggiungere la casa è pericolosa, buia e strettissima, l’accesso alla proprietà con l’auto è praticamente inagibile a causa del terreno dissestato. Durante il check-in ci è stato addirittura chiesto di dar da mangiare ad un gatto e di annaffiare delle piante… All’interno la casa è fresca e la vista sul mare molto bella. Nella camera da letto manca l’armadio e la luce principale, siamo stati costretti a sistemare i vestiti nella penombra su una panca e in poche stampelle. Il bagno è angusto e totalmente privo di mobili dove poter riporre gli effetti personali, la presa della corrente non funzionava e la manopola del miscelatore della doccia si sfilava semplicemente regolando l’acqua, facendosi la doccia l’acqua schizzava fuori dalla finestra nel passaggio accanto alla porta di casa, la pressione dell’acqua era insufficiente e usciva a spruzzi. È praticamente impossibile godersi lo spazio esterno a causa di enormi calabroni che infestano l’area dove si cucina e si mangia. Nel giardino non c’è impianto di illuminazione ma solo dei tubi con i fili che escono dal cemento. Tutto incredibilmente scomodo e incompleto, con l’impressione che i proprietari non abbiano ben capito le esigenze di chi prende una casa in affitto. Assolutamente sconsigliata, soprattutto considerando il prezzo.

Oasi di pace

Ho soggiornato solo una notte in questo appartamento ma ci tornerò sicuramente entro fine estate. Posto tranquillo e accogliente. Provo già nostalgia per la natura del posto. La pace che si respirava li era da sogno. I proprietari sono molto disponibili per ogni necessità o indicazione sul luogo. Credo sia difficile trovare un alloggio così tranquillo in una zona molto turistica. Consigliato!
