Casa Primavera is the perfect and relaxed place for a getaway only 7 minutes away from the citycentre of Albufeira. Being part of a little condominium with 6 other houses, it offers a lall the peace and quiet just next to the city life. It is just recently renovated and provids a comfortable 3 bed- and bathroom, With all the luxury!
While entering you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with even a dishwasher! Leading to the livingroom which enters you own little garden, with seating area and BBQ. Adjacent to the pool area (shared).
On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, all with kingsize beds and there own bathroom.
The house is suitable for 6 persons, so perfect for a family or a couples trip!
## Access
Guests have access to the entire house for optimal privacy and space.

## Neighborhood
The house is located in a quiet area just outside Albufeira (7minute drive to the old town and main beach). Albufeira has a great beach and a nice town with many nice restaurants. As it is known for having a great nightlife, the old town offers nice bars in the evening, but heading a little bit further to 'The Strip' you will find many bars and big clubs. If you're not there for the nightlife and you would like to explore a little of the environment, there are many great options. If you have your own transport, there are many great beaches if you head in the direction of Portimão or Lagos.
## Transit
But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended. Should you decided not to hire a car there is a bus stop close to the apartment that will take you into the town and also links up with the main bus routes to throughout the Algarve and Lisbon.

➤ Check-in time: 16.00h - 22.00h (check-in between 21.00-23.00 will be an extra fee of 30 euros (cash) and check-in after 23:00 is only possible in agreement with the agent and 50 euros (cash).
