The house boasts an independent entrance to ensure 100% privacy and despite being located in the central area, it also enjoys a quiet location in a cul-de-sac, which will allow you to relax without any external noise. Furthermore, since there are no buildings surrounding the apartment you will feel the light sea breeze from the east, as well as the one coming from the mountains to the north west.

The location of the house offers easy access on foot not only to the beach (130 meters), but also to all essential services without having to use the car: 120 meters away butcher, rotisserie, bakery, pharmacy, bar and tobacconist, ice cream shop, yogurt shop ; 250 meters supermarket, post office, shops, bus stop. Finally, with a relaxing walk through the town, in a few minutes you can reach shops, a playground, football and tennis fields, clubs, a seafront with equipped beaches and numerous restaurants where you can taste the fresh fish of the day and typical products and dishes of our land .
