The house is located in Badolato, a suggestive medieval village overlooking the Ionian Sea. The village houses 14 churches of strong architectural and historical-cultural interest. Just adjacent to the house is the Madonna della Sanità Sanctuary (10th century), a few hundred meters away from the fascinating Convent of the Angels which today houses the MondoX community. The area is suitable for wonderful bicycle excursions, trekking routes, visits to the village and surrounding villages, waterfalls and nature trails in the nearby mountainous area and the uncontaminated coast of the Ionian Sea. Of great interest are our food and wine traditions to which you are invited to participate as a harvest (early September), olive harvest and extra virgin olive oil production (end of September-October), cured meat processing (December-January) as well as the suggestive religious traditions, first of all the Easter week.
