Inside the house a cozy room with kitchenette, equipped with all modern conveniences, from the oven to the dishwasher, the refrigerator. Two comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning and heat pump, will allow you to take advantage of this house even in the off season, when temperatures will drop, even if here, in Pantelleria, does almost never cold! Finally two shower multijet, including one in the master bedroom.
For evenings outdoors there are armchairs and sofas and a large table for dinner with friends in the beautiful garden with palm and fruit trees, vegetables and prickly pears. Per ama la tranquillità
Casa razionale e ben equipaggiata. Giardino molto vario e tenuto con cura. Spazi esterni sfruttabili a tutte le ore con zone confortevoli sia al sole che all'ombra.
ll nome "Magia" all'ingresso della proprietà rispecchia la realtà.
