Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 60 centimeters (2 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The pool area is fenced. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the pool with guests staying at 4 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the beginning of September, from 9 am to 5 pm.
Garden
The garden is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the Umbrian hills and of the swimming pool. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
 Terrace
The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with a bench, as well as with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will have a lovely view of the Umbrian hills and of the surrounding countryside.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window, as well as a small high window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Top LevelBedroom 1 - a pass-through room
Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the second bedroom. This room has no door. The floor is paved with wood. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles and has an height of 1.55 meters (5.1 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bedroom 2 - a pass-through room with en-suite bathroom
Important notice: the guests using the first bedroom will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the bathroom. You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the first bedroom. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a roof window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
