This magnificent holiday home is set in the town of Torre del Mar, close to all the amenities and services that will make your stay an unforgettable experience. The proximity to Malaga city, as well as the attractions and beaches of the Costa del Sol, allows you to enjoy a well-deserved holiday with your loved ones.

The house fits families, as it sleeps up to 8 people. The modern and light-filled decoration weds with spacious interiors and a gorgeous outdoor area.

The ground floor of the house is provided with a wonderful living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a perfectly equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a sink and toilet.

The first floor welcomes a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom also features a shower tray and a private sink in its interior. On this floor, there is also another bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.

On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, inside which you will also have a shower tray and a sink at your disposal. On this floor, there is another separate bathroom with a toilet and sink. This floor also opens onto a lovely terrace, featuring an area for "al fresco" dining and a barbecue.

The third floor welcomes the fourth bedroom, equipped with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

Lastly, the top floor provides access to the magnificent terrace, where you will have the fabulous hot water Jacuzzi at your disposal, available year-round.

The house is provided with a parking space in a public parking lot, located 100 metres from the house.

Had an absolutely brilliant time with the whole extended family. We travelled with my two year old son, my sister and brother in law and my parents and all absolutely loved the place and surrounding city. We have been travelling to Torre del Mar almost every year up until about 10 years ago and coming back for a reunion holiday was absolutely perfect. Moisés, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful with anything we needed from shopping trolleys to some help with the door locking mechanism. Can't recommend this gem of house enough.

Great house in a great location

This house was an amazing property we stayed with our friends and their two kids. Two great out door terraces for hanging out at night time with a glass of wine so as not to disturb the kids. Only a 10 min walk from the beach but it’s so well stocked with deck Chairs and cooler boxes. The host really so think of everything to make the stay easy such a well stocked rental property. Smart TVs in every room the kids loved. Also a bakery’s and restaraunts and supermarkets from 2 to 10 mins away. Can recommend highly

Wir reisen normalerweise alle zwei bis drei Monate und dieses Haus ist eines der vollständigsten, in denen wir je übernachtet haben, einschließlich eines Whirlpools. Ohne Zweifel ein Haus, um die Gegend zu genießen, sehr gut gelegen und sehr zu empfehlen. Qualitätspreis von 10. Viel Aufmerksamkeit vom Eigentümer. Wir werden dieses Haus Leuten empfehlen, die die Gegend besuchen möchten

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt hier. Moisés war sehr hilfsbereit und gab Anweisungen, wie man zum Haus kommt. Es war makellos sauber, sehr komfortabel und gut eingerichtet. Gegenüber der Straße befindet sich ein Supermarkt und der Strand und die Restaurants sind 5 bis 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

Meine Erfahrung war sehr angenehm; Ich bin mit der Familie gereist und wir haben Kultur, Entspannung und Strand kombiniert. Die gute Lage ermöglichte es uns, Sightseeing zu machen und Malaga ein wenig besser kennenzulernen. Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, super sauber, das sehr gut strukturiert ist und das viel geschätzte Unabhängigkeit bietet, wenn Sie in einer Gruppe reisen. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, der jederzeit auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingeht.

Das Haus hatte alles, was wir brauchten, um uns wohl zu fühlen, der Whirlpool auf dem Dach ist unglaublich, wir haben es auch genossen, einen Grill und einen Essbereich im Freien zu haben. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, viel Sorgfalt wurde auf das Design verwendet. Unser Gastgeber machte unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer, indem er einige großartige lokale Restaurants empfahl (die wir auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen werden), nichts war zu viel Mühe.

Die Verteilung der Zimmer ist sehr gut. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer war für mich sehr gemütlich. Der Whirlpool war das Beste. Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Von Anfang bis Ende stand der Gastgeber für alle Fragen zur Verfügung.

Das Ferienhaus ist für unsere Bedürfnisse hervorragend gewesen, da es zentral gelegen ist und somit Geschäfte aber auch Strand schnell erreichbar sind. Vor allem aber bietet das vierstöckige Haus sehr viel Raum und Platz. Die Verteilung der Zimmer ist auch sehr gut, im EG befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Gäste-WC, im 1.Stock die beiden Schlafzimmer, im 2. Stock die Terrasse mit Grill und weiterem Zimmer, im 3. Stock das vierte Zimmer und dem Abschluss bildet mit die die im 4. Stock befindliche Dachterrasse mit dem Jacuzzi. Die Ausstattung ist herausragend, die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Die Bilder geben exakt die gemütliche Ausstattung und behagliche Atmosphäre wieder. Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen, und man fühlte sich durch den schön eingedeckten Tisch wie in einem Hotel. Der Vermieter/Eigentümer kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste, ist sehr verständnisvoll, hilfsbereit und verlässlich. Durch den reichhaltigen Obstkorb zum Empfang waren wir nahezu für die Woche mit Obst versorgt. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause und wir werden gerne und jederzeit wieder dieses wundervolle Haus buchen, wenn wir in Torre del Mar sind.

Während des Aufenthaltes haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wenn etwas diese Unterkunft auszeichnet, dann ist es, dass es nicht an Details mangelt, nicht nur in der Dekoration, die hervorragend ist, sondern auch in funktionalen Dingen, wie zu unserer Überraschung einen tragbaren Kühlschrank oder einen Servierwagen für den Strand. Zu all dem kommt die Freundlichkeit von Moises, der uns jederzeit einen engen Umgang gezeigt und die Ein- und Ausgänge im Haus erleichtert hat. Ohne Zweifel ein Ort zum Wiederholen.
