You'll enjoy your stay in this modern, air-conditioned and comfortable apartment on the 5th floor of a newly built residential building between Stobred and Split.

It has a comfortable 12 m2 balcony with table, chairs and the sea view.

The nearest beach in Stobrec is just few minutes by car or about 15 min walking from the apartment.

We provide a free parking spot in the garage of the building.

Apartment consists of one bedroom, living room, terrace, kitchen, dining area and bathroom.

Living room has a cozy sofa bed and large 47" smart LED TV with cable channels.

Bedroom has one comfortable double bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and a fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has a washing machine, shower and hair dryer.

High-speed Wi-Fi unlimited internet, air-conditioning, linen, towels, iron and ironing board, cable TV & more are included in price.

Price for one night stay is +30%

For two or more nights stay there is no surcharge.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but is allowed on the terrace.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.


We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the building.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is after 14h (2 p.m.), check out before 10h, flexible if possible.

Bus station is within few minutes walking.

Ferry port, train station and regional bus station are 10 min driving minutes walking.


***** The Neighbourhood:

Apartment is located at entrance of Split in a neighborhood called Sirobuja.

It's near town Stobrec with it's beaches, very convenient to visit both center of Split and Stobrec.

***** Getting around:

City bus station, taxi and rent-a-car agencies are within 10 minutes walking.

Main Split bus station, ferry port and main train station are within 15minutes walking.
