House Murtila. Green dream in Cetina canyon

Our beautiful little house is situated in the heart of Dalmatia in the charming and picturesque village Podašpilje. Podašpilje, the old Dalmatian village on the hill above the river Cetina, is only a few kilometers from the sea coast at the town of Omis. Twenty kilometers northwest is the UNESCO city of Split. The house with its green courtyard and garden is the ideal vacation spot for families with children or for young adventurers, as they are on the edge of the woods and at the crossroads of footpaths. Our house is also completely pet friendly. The trail takes you upstairs to the Dinara Mountains and offers a breathtaking view of the islands and the sea. The trail to the east will take you to the point where you have to look at the magnificent canyon of the river Cetina. Otherwise, the town of Omis is not far with its impressive landscape: mountains, river and Adriatic sea combined together, and offers a variety of adventure and adrenaline sports such as climbing, rafting, paragliding, canoeing, canyoning, zip line ... Even in the city you can follow the advantages of cultural events and organized tourism offerings, like trips to the island of Brac and its charming villages. Furthermore, the city of Split, capital of Dalmatia, is also close and offers even more history, culture and opportunites to take a journey on a number of islands which are connected with the coast every day with ferries. Either if you want a quiet relaxing holiday for you and your family or active holidays filled with adventures, adrenaline sports and nature, take a dip into the depths of the green Cetina River and its banks or dive away into the depths of the blue Adriatic Sea just 10 minutes from the house.

Tranquil recluse

We had an amazing time staying at Danijela’s house. The location was perfectly reclusive and offered privacy while being close both to amazing beaches and the refreshing river. We loved the beautiful garden, the tranquility and it was rejuvenating. Fully recommend. Danijela and her family were very hospitable and we look forward to returning.

The cabin was exactly like expected. Off Grid. You definitely need a car. Nothing fancy, but cosyness instead. Right next to the cabin starts a trail. Within a 45 min. hike you have an absolutly stunning view at the adriatic coast.

Paradise in the mountains

We loved our stay in Danijela's Paradies for the whole 14 days we stayed there. The place ist enchanting for its surroundings, the shady terrace and the lovely rooms inside. There is everything you need, nice dishes, nicely arranged interior, great air conditioning, TV if you need, kitchen and bath room with all you need. Above all being at such a lovely place in quieteness, close to the city Omis, listening to the sound of the circades in the trees arount... is unique and wonderful. Nature lovers will adore it.

Dream Tiny House

Très bel endroit, à l’abri du tourisme et en même temps très proche des commodités.De plus, autant Split est prise d’assaut par des hordes d’envahisseurs des quatre coins du globe, autant Omis et sa région sont tranquille (en juillet tout au moins).N’hésitez pas, un matin en partant assez tôt, à descendre de 100 mètres en sortant de la maison et à emprunter le chemin qui vous mènera sur le sentier des crêtes avec une vue splendide sur l’adriatique et les îles de Brac et Hvar (mettre de bonnes chaussures).Et pour finir un grand merci à notre hôte pour son accueil, la propreté de sa maison, l’aménagement très cosy, les jolis objets disposés partout et les bonnes vibrations qui animent le lieu !

Unser goldener Herbst im Green Dream

Wir waren zu zweit mit unseren Hunden und haben diesen liebevoll eingerichteten Platz sehr genossen. Uns war vorab nicht klar, dass wir in der Bergwelt landen würden, aber in 12 Autominuten ist man am Meer in Omis. Es hatte für uns einen hohen Erholungswert immer wieder abseits vom Trubel in der Natur in den Bergen zu sein. Die Mischung aus Wandern, Aktivitäten am Fluß, chillen im Garten und meist am Spätnachmittag schwimmen am Meer mit wunderbaren Sonnenuntergängen hat uns sehr gefallen. Mit Danijela der Vermieterin war es auch super unkompliziert und wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Wir mögen solche Plätze, die einfach und individuell gestaltet sind, so etwas ist für uns genau richtig. Das Häuschen ist für uns aber nicht für mehr als zwei Personen geeignet. Sollten wir nochmals nach Kroatien fahren, würden wir sicher diesen Platz wieder auswählen.

Einfaches aber schönes Ferienhaus mit individueller Einrichtung. Einsame Lage in der Natur, trotzdem mit dem Auto nicht weit nach Omis. Die Einraumunterkunft ist für ein Pärchen völlig OK, da man sich ohnehin meistens draußen aufhält, fdür Familien mit Kindern nicht ganz so gut geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit Danijela hat super geklapt Checkin/out war sehr komfortabel.

Enttäuschend

gerne möchten wir, zum ersten Mal, unser Ferienhaus bewerten. Leider können wir die guten Bewertungen des Objekts nicht nachvollziehen. Die Lage des Hauses ist 5 Punkte wert, das Haus selbst maximal einen Punkt. Sämtliches Mobiliar ist abgewohnt, alt und teilweise defekt. Tür und Fenstergriffe sind lose und leider war es auch nicht wirklich sauber und alles roch extrem muffig, unsere Kleidung auch, was uns sehr unangenehm war. Es gab nicht einmal einen Spiegel, außer einem winzigen im sehr kleinen Bad. Das Bett war zwar relativ bequem, bestand aber auch nur aus einem ausgeklappten Sofa mit Topper. Der unebene Weg zum Haus war nicht ausgeleuchtet, so dass wir jedes Mal mit der Handykamera zur Haustüre mussten. Alles in allem war es auf keinen Fall 100€ pro Nacht wert.

Kraft tanken im Grünen

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Nach einer ca. 15-minütigen Fahrt von der Altstadt Omiš aus erreicht man auf guten Straßen den „Green Dream“. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und beinhaltet alles, was man braucht: - eine gut ausgestattete Küche - ein bequemes Bett mit mehreren Kissen - eine Couch und einen Fernseher Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet. Es gibt eine Außendusche und Holzliegen. Überall erkannt man die Liebe zum Detail. Wer einen ruhigen Aufenthalt in einem Ferienhaus sucht, in dem es an nichts fehlt, der ist hier genau richtig.

Really nice, quite and homely place :)

I have been there with my girlfriend and our dog for 12 days and we had a really nice time. Danijela is a very friendly and helpful host! Would recommend it for everyone who likes to be in nature, be outside of a city and by yourself. You can go hiking as well as biking from the house. Only if you want to go to a beach you will probably need to go by car, since the hill up the the house would be quite exhausting by foot or bike.

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in diesen Haus und können es sehr empfehlen für Familien, die mit den Kindern schnell am Strand sein möchten, aber trotzdem abseits des Tourismus. Zusätzlich sind schöne Restaurants in der Nähe. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit und Danijela immer sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmals von uns.

Idyllisch gelegenes Häuschen in den Bergen

Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern und ist sehr schön. Man ist fernab des Trubels in Omiš. Ohne Auto geht es nicht, es gibt weder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten noch Restaurants in fusläufiger Umgebung. Mückenschutz sollte man dabei haben. Die Außendusche ist toll, um sich an heißen Tagen zu erfrischen oder das Salzwasser abzuspülen. Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

We enjoyed the quiet place surrounded by nature, the outdoor shower, the figues, the plastic-free household, the terrace, the warm atmosphere and the simplicity of the place, which had everything we needed. The view point up the hill is a good experience, only 40 minutes away, also the river, even for a refreshing swim. I highly recommend this place for those who like to stay remote and quiet but only 10 minutes by car to the busy town and beaches.

Piękne miejsce

Położenie przepiękne. Zapachy zachwycające. Domek przytulny i z klimatem, wygodnie, czysto i komfortowo. Cudowna weranda i mega przydatny prysznic ogrodowy. Dla każdego coś: góry w zasięgu ręki, trochę dalej rzeka z miejscami do kąpieli i morze. Urocze miasto Omiś, do którego trzeba podjechać ale droga jest piękna, więc to żaden problem. A na koniec właścicielka Danijela. Przemiła, bardzo uczynna i pomocna. Dziękujemy za niezapomniany pobyt! Polecam, zwłaszcza osobom kochającym naturę!

A lovely place to stay outside of tourism

Lovely home and a quite enjoyable place. Its right next to cetina Canyon and you have a brillant trip atop the Mountains reaching your home. The inside of the home is nice and you can see the level of detail and love the host put into their home. For dogs its also quite nice and our pup enjoyed that so much. Every morning walk was exciting and gave us a nice view. We went by car and werent able to give a exact arrival time but the host and I commumivated closly and everything went well. Absolutly recommendable

Fantastico. Una casa vacanze in vacanza

La casa di Danijela è magica. E' immersa nel verde e isolata. La casa è accogliente e piena di dettagli creativi. Danijela è una super host. La casa dista dal centro di Omis dista 10 minuti di macchina e percorrere ogni giorno il tratto di strada per andare al mare non è stato assolutamente impegnativo ma solo una meraviglia per gli occhi. Per noi si è rivelata la soluzione che avevamo immaginato. Per chi ama la natura come noi, questa è una vera casa di vacanza da godere in ogni istante in cui la si vive. Grazie Danijela

Ruheoase zwischen Berg, Fluss und Meer.

Das war wirklich der beste Fund, den man in der Gegend machen konnte. Ein allein stehendes, wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus umgeben von viel grün mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Ein Wanderweg direkt hinterm Haus führt zu einer überwältigenden Aussicht auf die Adria und die Insel Brac. Mit einem Mietwagen sind Ausflüge zum Strand, zum Fluss Cetina mitsamt Raftingtour (Vir-rafting ist eine sehr gute Agentur) leicht möglich. Zur nächsten Stadt Omiš ist es auch nicht weit, aber weit genug, um den Touristenmassen zu entgehen. Ideal für Ruhesuchende. Besonderes Highlight: die Gartendusche

Entspannter Urlaub im grünen

Wir haben mit unseren zwei kleinen Töchtern und unseren Hund einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in Daniela's kleinen Häuschen verbracht. Im Aussenbereich hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick in die idyllische Landschaft Kroatiens. Obwohl man fernab von Lärm und Stress der Stadt wohnt, erreicht man diese in nur wenigen Autominuten. Für all jene die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen ist dieses Häuschen nur zu empfehlen, wir waren total begeistert und würden wieder kommen.
