The house of 100m2 located in a quiet area of ​​l'Ametlla de Mar 55km from Tarragona, 35km from the Ebro Delta and 30min from Reus Airport and Port Aventura. It is distributed over two floors and has a large outdoor area with two terraces, private pool 7x3x1.5 and barbecue. The 3 bedrooms have a double bed, two single beds and a double bed plus a sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen, L'Or Barista coffee maker, dishwasher, 2 full bathrooms, laundry and iron room, air conditioning and fireplace, TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, private outdoor parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property and pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. Youth groups are welcomed with a deposit. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

It was not easy to find office to get keys and the place was not to bad but needed a lot of work the sink in kitchen is not in good working condition and the toilet seat in bathroom in main building is broken and water issues on outside that the washer and second bathroom broke down on us it was not

Perfecta para una semana de vacaciones

La casa está muy bien y es cómoda. El jardín y la piscina perfectos. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el aire acondicionado pero lo resolvieron perfectamente.

Muy bien todo, la verdad. Aunque la casa está un poco separada del núcleo del pueblo está a menos de 10 minutos andando de la playa. Impacta ver por primera vez el tren que pasa bastante cerca de la verja, pero no es peligroso y pasan pocos trenes al dia, por lo que tampoco es molesto.La piscina es una gozada, por lo visto la han inaugurado este año y está muy bien. La finca tiene la casa con dos habitaciones (una de matrimonio y la otra de 2 camas), cocina, baño y salón y después también tiene una rulotte en el jardín con su propio baño que hace las veces de segunda habitación de matrimonio. A la cocina le echamos de menos algunos utensilios que puede tener costumbre gente en sus propias casas (no hay horno, por ejemplo, y también se podrían echar de menos fuentes o platos/bols más grandes para servir).Admiten perros, lo que es una gran punto a favor. En definitiva, una gran experiencia muy recomendable y el trato de la gente excepcional.

mon séjour c'est très bien déroulé.Roger est disponible et très réactif.La maison possède un très grand terrain bien entretenu et une piscine(petite vue sur mer) trop petite pour les adultes mais parfaite pour mes enfants. Climatisation, Netflix, barbecue etc... étaient au rdv. La maison était très propreté et des prise anti moustique et des serviettes pour les chambres était disponible.merci encore pour ces vacances.
