Welcome to our hygge flat in the City Center! Just renovated, the interior combines the authentic timber, wooden floor & modern elements for comfort & rest.

Enjoy a bright living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, dining area & 2 large bedrooms on each floor. The bedroom in the attic level is accessible with stairs and has a desk & fast WiFi for remote work.

You couldn't be in a more central location, next to public transport, the Royal Palace, Sofia Museum, Synagogue & artisan shops & cafes.

You can prepare a dinner or order in, as the kitchen has an oven, fridge & dining area with all necessities. The 2 bedrooms ensure privacy for multiple guests, living room with a sofa bed, office and hobby space. Bathroom & WC are combined. For long term tenants, we have a washing machine, drier & cleaning materials.

The apartment is on 4th and last floor of a historic house, the access is without elevator, but a large staircase. No balcony or garden.

We rent 3 apartments in the same building, ideal family & friends travel.

The location is in the TOP city center, next to Serdika metro stop (direct link to Sofia Airport), taxi stand, trams and busses.

Walking is the best way to explore Sofia. You are 10 minutes away from the Architectural museum, Royal Palace, Parliament, National Theater, Vitosha-str. The neighborhood offers a variety of restaurants, shops, fresh grocery stores & cafes for any taste.

All perfect !

This flat is own by Paola. A very nice girl, welcoming and smiling. She answer very quickly. She helps her nice mother to book this flat. The flat is very clean and decorated with taste. It is situated at only 3 minutes by walk from the subway and near one of famous pedestrian street where you can have dinner, shopping etc Don’t waste your time to find an other place to stay.
