Descuidado, no vale lo que piden

El registro de entrada sin problema a pesar de que las indicaciones que mandan están desactualizadas. El edificio ya no se llama como dice. No han mantenido el apartamento por lo que las condiciones en el que está, hace que todo lo bueno no cuente. Microondas peligroso, tostadora decrépita, cortinas rotas, sofá con quemaduras de cigarro, almohadas llenas de pelotillas negras, moho en el dormitorio…Adjunto imágenes. Con lo que sacan en una semana pueden solucionar todos los desperfectos, pero mientras, debe saberse.

El apartamento es caro para lo q ofrece.El microondas es inutilizable ( el techo estaba con óxido o sucio ), las paredes están sucias.. prácticamente no dejaron lavavajillas. Las cortinas estaban rasgadas Las camas si que eran medianamente nuevas/cómodas.Solo nos dejaron 2 juegos de toallas.Un apartamento de alquilar.. q se nota q ha pasado mucha gente por ahí, sin q se hayan molestado en adecentarlo minimamente.Lo del microondas es inadmisible.. Adjunto foto.Un microondas cuesta 70 Euros.

Buenas noches. La estancia ha sido maravillosa. He estado en varios lugares para veranear pero este sin duda, ha sido el mejor con diferencia. Repetiremos este año en agosto sin duda, si Dios quiere. El propietario, todo amabilidad y buen hacer. Sin duda, totalmente recomendable.

Buena relación calidad precio. Con aspectos que mejorar

Buena propiedad con piscina amplia y tranquila, buena terraza, bien ubicado con conexión al centro en bus, playa cercana y la entrada muy bien con Ángel, que fue puntual y atento. Las camas no son cómodas, necesitan renovar colchones o poner toppers, Las almohadas son muy bajas y el sofá cama para una persona bien. Carece de cosas esenciales como bolsas de basura, papel de cocina o paños de cocina así como, más papel higiénico y por pedir un secador de pelo.

Muy bien ubicado para pasar unos días de descanso! El apartamento y las zonas comunes muy bien, todo muy limpio y tranquilo. El apartamento bien equipado, con colchones muy cómodos, incluso el del sofá cama del salón . A proponer.., la colocación de un toldo en la terracita, que es muy agradable pero daba todo el sol para desayunar por la mañana y hacia calor. No obstante, lo recomendaría sin duda !

Un lugar donde descansar y salir de la rutina

Mi primer comentario es para el propietario que ha facilitado nuestra estancia, con seriedad y gran amabilidad, pendiente de lo que pudiéramos necesitar ... El apartamento cumplía con nuestras espectativas, si no necesitas mucho espacio, un baño, una habitación para dos y un salón cocina con Sofa cama, pequeño pero si eres de los que estás lo justo dentro, es perfecto. Algo más de menaje en la cocina hubiera venido bien ... Pero sin duda, un lugar estupendo, tranquilo, la playa cerca, buena piscina, restaurantes y centro comercial al lado, en fin para repetir
