About this property

4 person holiday home in Hals-By Traum

Charming cottage located close to the lagoon between Hou and Hals. The cottage contains an entrance hall, a nice large living room with wood stove and a dining area in open connection with the kitchen, bathroom and 2 good bedrooms with double bed and two beds (190 cm long). No TV channels can be received, but you can stream your own streaming packages or free programs from DR-TV via the house's Chromecast. Lovely large plot with space for play. The plot is located about 1500 meters from one of the country's best and extremely child - friendly bathing beach, as the water on the east coast is calm. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Verlebtes Haus mit guter Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Trotzdem gibt es einige Punkte, die uns negativ aufgefallen sind. Beim Eintreffen war das Haus nicht ganz optimal gesĂ€ubert, das Sofa und die Ecken waren noch voller KrĂŒmel. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr verlebt, die ElektrogerĂ€te sind zum Teil sehr alt und die Betten ein wenig durchgelegen. FĂŒr den verlangten Preis noch in Ordnung, da alles reibungslos funktioniert hat und alles was man fĂŒr eine Ferienwohnung braucht vorhanden war. Warnung fĂŒr große Menschen die Maße in KĂŒche und Bad sind fĂŒr kleinere Menschen ausgelegt, also Kopf einziehen und bĂŒcken.
