Unique holiday home from 2021 located approx. 50 meters from Grønhøj Beach. In the house there is pretty much everything the heart desires. The house has 11 double rooms with 11 bathrooms. So with the house's more than 300 m2, it is particularly suitable for e.g. course, meetings, birthdays and family holidays. In the large family room there is a dining area for 22 people, large kitchen with i.a. 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, etc. There is a utility room with utility room and large freezer. At the opposite end of the family room are i.a. 2 large corner sofas, TV m.m. Despite the large family room, the house is very well furnished. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The house is insulated all year round and heated with air / air heat pump. Indoors there are i.a. also activity tables with mini-table tennis, table football and various other games. Outdoors there are approx. 250 m2 enclosed patio (terrace). Here are plenty of tables and chairs. There is of course an outdoor kitchen and barbecue as well as a large outdoor hot tub for 6 people.
