Cantabria Solo Familias!

The CANTABRIA building is located one hundred metres from the sand. It offers a lovely communal area with lush gardens and a welcoming swimming pool. It is situated in the CENTRE zone of Gandía Beach, between the Bayren hotel and the Ducal Colony. In its surroundings, there are all types of services.

Apartment located on the tenth floor (with lift), it has an East-facing terrace with awning/curtain from where fabulous sea views are enjoyed. It has two double bedrooms (both with ceiling fans), living room with sofa bed, fully equipped independent kitchen and a renovated bathroom with shower tray. Includes garage space and WIFI service.

PETS ALLOWED upon request with a maximum weight of 10 kilos (7€/night)

YOUNG GROUP NOT ADMITTED (ages under thirty years old).



Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!

The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.



Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying a walk or practising running or beach sports.

Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

-La altura, que permite ver el mar y algún trocito de playa. -La ubicación. Céntrico y en general cerca de todo. -La plaza de garaje amplia y cerca del ascensor. -Los ventiladores en el techo de las habitaciones, un seguro de vida para poder dormir algo en noches de calor. -La terraza a la sombra desde mediodía. -Las almohadas que había eran como papel de fumar aunque pusieras dos, pero nos las cambiaron en cuanto pudieron. -Es muy caluroso: La puerta de entrada por las tardes quema por la parte de adentro. Con un toldo sencillo en el corredor de entrada se bajaría algo la temperatura. El ventilador de pié que hay en el salón apenas mueve el aire. -No tiene armarios roperos suficientes . Tan solo tiene uno pequeño en una habitación. En la otra no tiene armario. En caso de ir más de dos personas sería imposible meter toda la ropa. -Tiene pocos enchufes y son antiguos. Algunas clavijas de móvil no caben por los orificios y hay que poner adaptadores. -No tiene ninguna lámpara ni luz auxiliar en mesillas, salón, espejo de baño... Solo las del techo. -Aunque el baño está bien, la mampara de la ducha es muy estrecha y no cubre todo el hueco, siendo casi imposible no salpicar el suelo. Con otra media mampara del otro lado se evitaría.
