Villa Julio offers a relaxing beach holiday for families or couples. It offers luxury with direct views toward the sea. Villa Julio has four luxury apartments. The villa is located just next to the beach and Split airport. It is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean garden with more than 20 olive trees. Outside of the villa is composed of private swimming pool and tennis court. Guests are welcome to take tennis lessons upon appointment. There is also a large grill house which offers Dalmatian specialty upon request.


Entertainment: Villa offers a lot of amazing qualities such as beautiful view on the islands. Lots of entertainment on the pool with jacuzzi and massage. We have also a tennis school. Disco bars and night clubs are only 2 km far.

Great views and location

The property is a good size wirh a decent swimming pool, it has free use of the tennis court and table tennis which was great. It is about a 5 mins walk to the sea and 30min walk to the marina. The view from both the pol and the balcony are amazing

Surprising place with everything you need

We really had a good time. Nice place to stay nearby the beach en restaurants. We used an Uber to go to the Trogir. Nice appartment with a everything you need even a washing machine. We used the BBQ outside that was realy nice.

Fantastic balcony with an amazing view, it's the best room in the apartment. The host's are very accommodating and keen to make sure you have the best time. Really enjoyed the pool which we had all to ourselves most times. Would return for sure.
